Joe Baker was great. He arrived on time and explained the different springs that were available and their expected life span. We went with the green coated springs. Joe got right to work and finished in short order. This all happened on Father’s Day. I was really impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. He is a true asset to the company. My problem was that my old garage door opener (21 years old) stopped working. I called Precision and they sent a technician within a few hours. Ethan quickly diagnosed the problem and I decided to replace it with a state of the art LiftMaster opener system. Ethan installed it within an hour and set up all the remotes connecting with the system. This included the myQ app remote through my phone. Ethan was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have use Precision for several years and have always had a good experience. This experience exceeded my expectations.

I had previously used another garage door company Precision,‘s competitor and I wasn’t happy with them, but I heard good things about Precision, Garage Doors. The Salesman was very informative. Gave me all the information I needed. They installed the Garage Doors,the installer did an excellent job, unfortunately there is scratches in the doors I think it was from the factory I forwarded a video to Management and they replaced all the Garage Doors without any question.It is a very professional company. I highly recommend.

I wish to thank the tech John that repair my garage door. This gentleman went be on the normal get in and out. He gave me two options, and I chose the option that would make the repair last and function well. He showed me the worn-out bearings that he replaced. He changed out the unmatched springs and replaced them with a match set. He adjusted the door opener so it can handle the new springs. He made sure the door was functioning properly. John was fantastic. I would recommend Precision door to all my neighbors and friends. Big Thank you to John.

Last year March 2024 , precision garage installed a new garage door opener and springs by Tom Le. Yesterday, my garage door wouldn’t open and called your company to check. I was told that the initial visit is $89.00 which I’m ok with that. Ethan told me is an easy fix but I indeed have to pay almost $700.00 plus 3.5 percent credit card charge. I never had any issues with garage door except for the first time and i think I got overcharged this time. I will definitely will not use precision garage door again. So many options out there.

I was confused on you 24/7 service that's advertised, I had an urgent repair and had to wait until the next morning from 10 to 2. I guess you make appts 24/7 but don't provide service. Lol. But I will not take that away from Mike who was my technician. He was the nicest, most helpful, Professional guy ever and knew his stuff. Was pleased with the price too. Ty

We had a spring issue and the vehicle was locked in the garage, you never think this will happen to you. We had to wait 1 day and a half to get the engineer it was diagnosed very quickly and the repair was started. Joseph Baker was the engineer and we asked him to do other things at the same time, the door mechanism was very noisey and we agreed to have the track and the box of tricks changed. Joseph did a fantastic job getting us up and working again, but the track was not with him, he found one with another engineer and off he went find the new track. Now we have the best garage door working since we arrived in Venice 13 years ago. Josef did the best job and we would recommend him to anyone else that is in need of a diagnosis or repair. 10 out of 10

Matt showed up at 1:45, it was a good time to come.. I was told he would come between 2 and 6pm. He got to work right away. He was neat and efficient in his work. He identified the problem and fixed it with out trying to tell me it needed more then it did.. he replaced the belt, checked everything and answered my questions. I will recommend Precision to any one who asked about garage repairs.
