I really feel uncomfortable leaving a negative review. However in this case I feel it is well deserved. We hired precision garage door because they were installing our neighbor's door which ended up looking great. However we did not have the same experience. They installed the garage door and it works fine. But the damage left around the trim of the door caused us to not pass final inspection they left cracks in the stucco and did not seal the door properly to where the inspector said we would have water intrusion. They came out to do a repair. As we were not present at the time, we are not quite sure what they did. When we looked at the door after they had been there, we didn't see that any repair had even been done. Therefore we called a third time to schedule an appointment to have them come out and repair again. In the meantime the permitting department is calling me asking when they are going to schedule a final inspection, and I had to tell them that the door still was not in the condition for that to happen. After this, we canceled this last appointment and hired our own person to do the repairs. We no longer trusted precision door to do the work. As I stated initially, I really don't like leaving negative reviews about anyone. However this was not a good experience.

Upon attempting to open my garage door, I found out it would not open. I am in the process of emptying my garage of all my storage units, refrigerator, freezer and work benches to have a new epoxy floor installed on my garage door in two days. I was in a panic. I found the Precision label on the garage door that provided their phone number. I immediately called and the lady on the phone was very empathetic to my situation and said she would have a technician at my home in the next two hours. As promised, Mark showed up within the allotted time, discussed the situation with me, and resolved the repair of garage door within two hours. This is the second time we used Precision Door for our garage door repair.. both appointments were with Mike... He was prompt, professional, friendly and did the work in a timely manner... He rewired our door opener, as the previous owners neglected to do that when the new opener was installed. He also put new sensors in and adjusted the chain... Now our door operates like a brand new door, it closes quietly and doesn't bang down anymore.. Thank you Mike, you did a great job and we are very satisfied with Precision Door.

Jeff arrived in a timely manner and did a complete evaluation of the garage door and opener system. He then showed me what needed to be done to get the door functioning properly again and what my choices were and what the different cost were. He answered all my questions and had all the parts needed to get the job done. He left the garage cleaned up and the door worked well and was very quiet. I would recommend the company and Jeff if you are having garage door issues. They are professionals and competitively priced.

Best thing we did is purchase a garage door with precision. Back when we got it, went with the more expensive hurricane rated door and it has been through a few hurricanes now and the garage feels like a bunker. When we bought it their team was facts only and no overselling. Today they came to service it 7 years later and again great service. Thank you!
