Having never owned a garage door of this type before I was shocked to hear what sounded like a explosion in the garage when one of our springs let go on a Saturday morning in Lakewood Ranch. After seeing their commercials on TV for a while, and realizing that the door was totally inoperable rendering our vehicles useless, I decided to call Precision. Their response was prompt and their technician Matt Jones was here within 3 hours. He was cordial, skillful, neat and quick and we were back up and running within an hour. Second time I have used PD. This is a company that is run properly! From the young lady who took my call and scheduled my appointment to the technician (John) who completed my work they were truly first class! Both employees were polite professional informative and skilled in their roll! Customer service is a lost skill…but not at PD! The service technician Luke was outstanding!!! He listened to our concerns and did not hesitate to put us at ease and get the job done. He made sure that every aspect of the job was done thoroughly and to perfection. He cleaned up after himself and made sure he ran through everything with us to make sure it was to our satisfaction!! The call center could use some help in providing accurate pricing and relaying customer concerns but the service tech was awesome!!!

This is the second time I've used Precision Garage door. Brian Fixter was my Tech both times. He shows up on time, gives me several options to choose from. Once I decide, he gets the job done as quickly as possible. Once complete he goes over what was done, double checks to see that the door is working properly. I wouldn't use any other company to service my garage door.

We chose Precision for several reasons, they are local, they are prompt in their response, and of course the commercials. We called on Friday and they scheduled for the next day giving us a four hour window. Lucky for us we were apparently the first job of the day. Our technician, Luke called before coming and even gave us an estimated time of arrival. We had originally called to have the rubber strip on the bottom of the door replaced but when Luke inspected the door he suggested that a simple adjustment on the door would be a better option. He made the adjustments needed, sprayed lubricant on the springs, track and door sections and now the door works like a dream. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who asked. Thank you for your prompt, efficient and excellent service.

Seth showed up on time for the appointment. He was professional and courteous to me and my service dog. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The price was not overpriced and less than I expected. It is a relief to know that everything is going to be replaced and be brand new. The garage door will also be an impact door so now my entire house will protected for hurricane season.

Well, I guess its my own fault for not asking how much. It was almost $900.00 to replace a broken spring. I had an appointment in town or I would have been there. If I would have been there i would NOT have okayed that much money. The 2 springs on all of the door websites are about $150 max each not $329 each as was charged. Live and Learn. ASK FIRST.

Our hurricane-impact garage door was originally installed by Precision during our home construction in 2004. This has been a workhorse over the years, and has easily withstood all hurricanes since the home's construction. The springs recently wore out, and our technician, John, arrived to the house earlier than he originally had planned. Both he, and Maureen, were in regular communication with me, notifying me of arrival times, as well as a call from John when he was on the way. Precision has GREAT customer service, very professional presence on the property, and within a couple hours of John's arrival, we were back up and running again! I'd highly recommend Precision to all!

I was really pleased with the work that was done on my Garage Door. My Installer/Repairman Mike Monson was excellent. He explained everything I needed to know to repair my Garage Door properly. He offered different options as to what I needed. My door was so noisy before I had the repairs done. he Changed out the 2 Springs because one of my existing springs was broken. Then he changed all my steel rollers to new Nylon rollers, and wow what a difference that made. My door was 90% quieter than it was. My old Garage Door opener is getting old but still works fine, but that makes a little noise. Thank you Precision for taking care of my Garage Door problems, and thank you for sending Mike Monson. Mike, your technician arrived earl and I told him what happened that my door would not open. He looked at it and told me the spring had broken. He gave me a quote to fix it. I asked him when he could fix it and he said he could do it right away and I said let's do it. Mike was very professional and up front with answering any questions I had. My door now works better than when it was new. Great Job by Mike !!!
