The technician Joseph was here on time and told me that the company that I had worked on my door put on the wrong springs. Joseph replaced the springs with the proper ones and the door opens with ease now and very little noise. Joseph Baker was very good at his job but he didn’t tell me that there is a change for using a credit card. 7/29/25

Josh Nelson was your technician to inspect noisy and straining garage door on opening. He diagnosed the problem quickly and offered me options on parts needed to fix and assured me he could do the work while on site. He was done within an hour and showed me everything he had done. I was pleased once again as I had garage door opener and door balancing done back in 2016. I'll call you again if any problems come up in the years ahead.

You were scheduled for the period 2-6PM today. You called at 10AM ,saying you were in the vicinity and would like to make the call. My wife agreed. The fix was a matter of five minutes-nothing more than moving the hand release to the proper position (we have no idea how it was moved). I understand why a service charge is expected when a technician is scheduled as a result of a requested call. In this case, the technician was asking for an assist in order to minimize his time, in order to take advantage of his individual schedule. The fee should have been other than routine, to acknowledge that the provider was spared a typical service call....with the voluntary assistance of the user. Not a difficult situation....and an opportunity to show how a customer may understand a personalized service.s A missed opportunity to display customer service. Howard

We have had Mike service our garage door a year ago and was very impressed. He balanced the overhead door, lubricated, checked and made recommendations for later, since the motor and parts were aging. Precision sent Mike out to our home yesterday; the opener and belt needed to be replaced. My wife and I decided to have both springs replaced, even though Mike said we still have some time left on them, but agreed it would be a good idea. Mike is very knowledgeable, honest, and did a fantastic job. The door is so quiet, we can barely hear it.

The spring on our garage door broke and after contacting a different vendor initially who failed to deliver, we decided to call PRECISION. The technician who performed the work, Matt, was on time, thorough and very professional. He answered all of my questions and gave me options for the type of repair/choice of components that Precision offered. Provided a detailed invoice of the work that was done to include the part numbers of all the parts that were replaced, and photos of the work BEFORE & AFTER. This is what I call Excellent Customer Service, and I own a small business as well.
