I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph Baker from Precision Garage Door Service of Sarasota, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Joseph arrived right on time and was very informative throughout the entire process. He clearly explained everything that needed to be done and presented me with my options without any pressure. The work was completed efficiently and within a reasonable amount of time. Once finished, he walked me through the results and made sure everything was in perfect working order. What stood out most was that Joseph didn’t try to upsell me on anything – just honest, professional service. Your technician decided not to do any work because of what he called the "unsanitary conditions." I live in a neighborhood designated as a bird sanctuary by the US government. Where there are many birds there are, unfortunately, also many bird droppings. Your company has done some work for me a number of times, but never before have your employees complained about the bird droppings. I've always been happy with the excellent work your company has done, and I would like to call on you again if the need arises and if the employee is willing to do the work.

I used you in 2017 and Gaetano was awesome. I asked for him today for my service but I heard he moved up and is no longer doing house calls. I am sure he remembers me. He helped put down “great foamy stuff” to keep snakes out from entering through the side holes. I gave him a guitar that I was getting rid of. Matt came out for my service today and he was great!

I called Friday AM for service. Couldn’t believe it but they came at noon same day. Justin Bazzy was my technician. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. We analyzed the situation and I decided to install 2 new openers. Justin was all over it. Done in 2 1/2 hours, 2 doors. Love this Company. Justin was fantastic! Can’t say enough.

Total scam. I called and asked the price of a tune-up for my garage door. I was told $89. I agreed to that and set an appointment. The technician showed up looked at the door and told me it would be $178. $89 for a service call and $89 for the work. When I agreed to the work, there was no mention of a service call charge. They knew they were going to add a service call charge and that should have been disclosed. The cost of a tune-up is actually $178 not $89. How did they expect to do the work without coming to my house? They doubled the cost quoted. I told the technician that is not what was quoted. He said the cost was $178. I told him I was not going to pay $178 for a simple door tune-up (no repairs needed,) Now they want $89 just for showing up to not do what they quoted.
