Called about a sensor problem. Justin Baxter arrived several hours earlier than my appointment. Justin was very courteous and knowledgeable about everything concerning garage doors. It turned out my circuit board was bad and decided will ease and Justin’s reassurance A new motor and the works was the way to go. I was very pleased with his work ethic and I’m proud to say I’m ecstatic with the final outcome. Justin even took the time to reset my truck so it can now operate the door. I was going to do a chain drive and Justin sold me on the belt drive. I’m so happy that I did. I’ve never heard a door opener so quiet in my life. The Veteran discount was the cherry on top. Thank you Precision and to Justin Bazzy for today. I will be requesting Justin and your company with anything needed in the future.

I arranged for an appointment after discussing what I wanted done with the appointment scheduler. When the tech arrived he told me that he could not provide me what I wanted. He was there for less than 5 minutes, yet I was still charged $75!

Response time was good. I was told $79.95 plus parts. Serviceman seemed inexperienced with a garage chain disconnect and then asked for two hours of labor. He was there a bit less than an hour. H explained that labor expanded to a full additional hour after 6 minutes. When he was questioned, and text confirmed his timing, the labor was reduced to one hour. he company wanted to charge 3.9% even for payment through a debit card. It was very disappointing given that Precision was recommended ot me through other homeowners at Fiddler's. I can't recommend.

I have seen Precision Company Trucks out and around town and decided to give them a call! Two days before a storm, I called late in the evening to hopefully schedule a technician to come and fix my Garage door. It was very easy to have someone take my call and schedule an appointment the VERY next morning. I received the call from Matt before he arrived...He was so knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and fixed it. The staff from the first phone call to having Matt arrive, was so organized and efficient. The prices are very fair. I will definitely refer Precision Door Service to everyone! Thank You!

Garage doors only 4 years old already pitting / rusting company won’t do anything unless garage doors rust all the way to making a hole in the door. Such great quality products , nice look for a 300,000 house what poor quality stand behind your products. Will never purchase or use this company again .

I called precision to solve a long term problem with our door. On 9/10, the technician came, he was polite and found the problem, the channels are not aligned with each other. He said that a installer would have to fix it. I asked him for a quote and he said he'll have them send one. I have not received anything so I called on 9/12 and was told they will get back to me. It's 9/17 and still haven't heard anything.

My specific problem was corrected quickly and professionally. Technician was very professional & courteous and left the work area clean. After technician left, I noticed the garage door appears not to completely meet the concrete pad on one side of the door. I phone (877-301-7474) to report the issue, but have not yet received a response.
