Your service man Nick was very nice. But I thought getting a new remote because the previous one fell apart quite expensive when you add in your service charge. But at 88 yrs. young and a widow, I thought it very important that I have one.

I was impressed with the fact they could come out the same afternoon, gave me the serviceman's name and have everything on the truck to repair on spot. Our repairman, Ethan, was on time, very knowledgable and able to explain what our problem was. Within an hour's time we had a new garage door operator along with many extras. Ethan walked us through the new opener and helped us set up what was needed for the operation of our new opener. I would definitely recommend this company.

Have used PD at other houses we have had and they were fantastic there and they were fantastic here as well. Fortunate that we got same day service and they were here fixed my problem and made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left. This is the second time we used Precision Door for our garage door repair.. both appointments were with Mike... He was prompt, professional, friendly and did the work in a timely manner... He rewired our door opener, as the previous owners neglected to do that when the new opener was installed. He also put new sensors in and adjusted the chain... Now our door operates like a brand new door, it closes quietly and doesn't bang down anymore.. Thank you Mike, you did a great job and we are very satisfied with Precision Door.

I have been using Precision for a few years. Tom is my serviceman and I always ask for him! He is the best..so polite, on time, efficient and offers advice on keeping the garage door operating well. Today he had a trainee,Nick with him. Nick was very polite and seemed eager to learn.

Last year March 2024 , precision garage installed a new garage door opener and springs by Tom Le. Yesterday, my garage door wouldn’t open and called your company to check. I was told that the initial visit is $89.00 which I’m ok with that. Ethan told me is an easy fix but I indeed have to pay almost $700.00 plus 3.5 percent credit card charge. I never had any issues with garage door except for the first time and i think I got overcharged this time. I will definitely will not use precision garage door again. So many options out there.
