Unfortunately, I hired another company to install a new garage door opener, and I truly regret it. I then called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to clean up the mess that was made. Called them on Saturday morning. They scheduled for Sunday morning. And this was after Milton had gone through. Anyway the tech showed on time and had the garage door work completed before noon. This included a complete installation of new cables , spring and lift motor. The tech was knowledgeable and nice in doing the work. I would definitely call Precision again if needed.

Tom called and let me know he could come earlier which I thought was considerate. Spring broke Saturday morning. Techs were here early Sunday morning. Amazing. Josh and Tom were polite and efficient. I chose the upgraded springs which they explained the difference to me. My door is fixed already. Precision put in the old springs just over 10 years ago. I was happy with them then which is why I called them again.
