Your service man Nick was very nice. But I thought getting a new remote because the previous one fell apart quite expensive when you add in your service charge. But at 88 yrs. young and a widow, I thought it very important that I have one.

Great job to Mike. Appointment was between 9:00 and 12:00 and he arrived at 9:30. I also received notice he was on his way. He explained what how the process worked, made recommendations and told me the pros and cons of the types of openers. I will be calling him in a couple years for servicing, which he recommended. I was impressed with the fact they could come out the same afternoon, gave me the serviceman's name and have everything on the truck to repair on spot. Our repairman, Ethan, was on time, very knowledgable and able to explain what our problem was. Within an hour's time we had a new garage door operator along with many extras. Ethan walked us through the new opener and helped us set up what was needed for the operation of our new opener. I would definitely recommend this company.

My garage door suddenly stopped working. I knew it was old and just a matter of time before it let go. As I was looking to find a repair company, an ad just happened to show on TV for Precision Garage door service. My wife called and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. The representative on the phone was pleasant and professional. The repairman, Mike Monson was also pleasant and professional. Before he started the job, he showed me what was broken and what parts needed to be replaced. After I agreed with the quote Mike gave me, he worked quickly and efficiently. When the job was finished he showed us what he had done and the parts he replaced. He also showed us how everything worked and made sure everything was working properly when he left. I went online and found Precision Overhead GarageBand door service. Ava called me right away and stated she could get a technician out between 2 and 6 today. (Sunday) to replace a broken spring. I received updates from Ava and the Technician Mike Monson. We are very, very happy with the service we received. Mike explained everything to us and gave us options on the type of springs. He is an excellent technician and we love how he explained everything to us. We have never experienced such wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead garage door service of Sarasota.
