They responded quickly to our repair needs. Justin was right on time. As for the cost aspect, it seemed a bit high to replace my springs . I have had them replaced before at our previous house and it was around 450. It cost 600 today. Good company but you might want to shop around for a lower price as it was definitely on the high side.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because I had another company give me a quote and theirs was for $1,560. Your quote was $1,907. Now I don't understand how the other company is able to charge so much less than yours. I received a very informative quote from a very knowledgeable and pleasant individual!!! Service Tech was excellent. One thing I can say is that usually when you contract a service call, the service call charge is usually waived if you have services performed. In the case of Precision, this is not true so that was a disappointment.

Alex was the Technician who serviced my issue. Ended getting a new Motor and belt driven setup. Also included was inside and outside keypads; two remotes. Explained to me what he was going to do and I left them to do their business. When completed we went through the hilites of the job and I gave them a check for their days work. Alex: It's OK to smile; don't be so serious! It was easy to schedule the job quickly.

Service excellent and came back immediately next day to replace outside key pad cover which stuck. The only criticism I have is not to have tech person say the customer needs a new door, on first look, especially if it is old and dirty, but works, but to offer some alternative repairs and prices. Otherwise pleased and everything working fine. Don’t put my name on your site, please. This comment is confidential and just for your company.

Yes everything went well, however I would suggest you have your service technician introduce themselves to the Customer . And I might add after job. It would be nice if the technician cleaned up and swept the area. We had black rubber all over the opening part of the garage door on the floor so these are just suggestions. Otherwise, we’re very happy, of course with the job, but again, I was in customer service all my life and I think the protocol should be addressed with your service technicians. Thank you.

I had call different company’s and no one came so I decided to call precision so we set up an appointment for Thursday afternoon at 4pm so Matt call me sometime around noon to let me know that he had and early opening so I told him to come very nice man he fix my problem and I was very happy I thought the price was a bit high but nothing is cheap these days I’m please that problem was taken care and I would used your services again if I need anything thank a lot and give Matt 4stars

Verry Pleased with your technician and his work. NOT happy with your customer scheduling and booking department, 2 reasons. First I feel your $79.00 dollar service which if the bill exceeded $100.00 would not be charged was presented in a very confusing manor. Your tech explained your policy to me and now that I understand I totally agree. Second when I asked at booking if you accepted credit cards for payment, I was told yes and the tech would process it. when I gave the tech the card he informed me there was a up charge for using a card, I understand the cost of doing business but blindsiding a customer with an up charge, what if my checking account was sucking wind. The service was prompt and good I will recommend your company.

My garage door was stuck because I attempted to repair it myself and jammed it. The technician (Justin or Jason?) was great. Professional, courteous, and fixed the jammed door in about 30 minutes. He also provided some lubrication tips. I only gave a 4-star rating because I was a bit disappointed in the charges. The technician said at the outset that they charge a flat fee of $225 for a hung door. But I didn't realize that there would also be a $79.95 service call charge and an $80 labor charge on top of that. I had a coupon to remove the $79.95 service call charge but it seems like adding a $79.95 service call charge and $80 of labor on top of the hung door charge is "double dipping". There were no parts needed to un stick the door--only 30 minutes of labor.

I originally had you install my new door a few years ago. The bracket holding the bracket to the track rail broke and shredded apart and would not let door close. The tech said he had never seen anything like this happen. Since it was obviously a product defect, I feel that I should not have been charged a service call fee. There were no parts used, just broken part repositioned. On a positive note, Brian was a great tech and did work quickly.

Your guys that came out and installed a new trolley for my Genie opener did a quick and through job and were very courteous. I must admit that charging $150.00 for a part that sells for $25.00 on Amazon is a bit steep but at my age I can't do it myself anymore.

As prices for everything rise our other option was to raise our prices which we chose not to do since we can still offer that small percentage of savings to our customers if they use any of the forms of payment we accept in house. I was hoping to be able to replace my garage door, plus opener, with a WiFi operable device. I am told that you will not even take an order for a WiFi compatible opener, which is a dilemma.

I would have given 5 stars if you had been able to come out the day I called, but within 24 hours is still very good! Technician Brian was excellent, explained everything and answered all my questions. I would have liked to have known ahead of time about the credit card surcharge. Overall excellent service.
