After seeing repeated advertisements on local TV, I decided to give Precision a try. Our garage door was 17 yrs old and was loud and clunky; plus, we were having issues with our garage door opener. Within an hour of calling, Precision was at our house! They fixed the opener, replaced the overhead springs and a bearing, plus lubricated the hinges and rollers (which had not been done in 17 yrs) all within about 1-1/2 hrs. Our door now rolls up & down smoothly and quietly. Thanks so much Precision!

They were on time and very knowledgeable. Explained everything to us. Didn’t pressure us to buy anything and really told us we didn’t need to purchase anything. The screw drive opener is just noisy and only way to rectify it was to replace it with a belt drive opener. But it was working fine and didn’t need to be replaced. Saved me close to $1000.

Mark was very accomodating on the servicing of my garage door. The circuit board was bad; he changed it out. I needed the chain tightened,; he did that. Also needed new rollers. Once here, Mark worked efficiently to get the needs on my garage door met.

Called Precision Door towards evening young girl who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and took my message scheduled appointment for next morning at 8 am. Tech Mark called previous to appointment To make sure I had power due to hurricane in our area said yes he was here within 15 minutes. Found and fixed issue. Garage doors only 4 years old already pitting / rusting company won’t do anything unless garage doors rust all the way to making a hole in the door. Such great quality products , nice look for a 300,000 house what poor quality stand behind your products. Will never purchase or use this company again .
