I called for a quote on a new double garage door and Mike Monson appeared on the same day. He was friendly and knowledgeable and didn't even charge for readjusting our old door which wasn't working. I'm satisfied with the quote I received and look forward to the installation.

Service estimate for my need was good however they advertise “free” estimates and I was charged $89 for the estimate. When I questioned that with the tech I was told it was a service charge and not for estimating. Seems like a bunch of double talk to me. What ever happened to being honest and upfront in all this. My advice is don’t advertise “free” on your website or vehicles!!! Therefore my service call was the estimated cost to do potential work. FREE???

I regret selecting Precision Door to perform a service on my garage door. I informed the Company that I had a handyman perform a service the day before and he indicated that the problem was in the spring assembly. I notified Precision of his findings. The service man from Percision came the next day and said he could not service my garage door since the problem was with my springs….Same information as the day before only yesterday I paid $80 and Precision charged $89.90. Called management and they said they would have someone contact me… this was the third day in a row that I called and no return calls. Sorry I ever called them!

I bought a new car and could not get the garage door to operate off one of our two garages. No matter what I did, I could not get the one opener to teach either of the remotes I had or the car. The tech was excellent and noted that I needed service of my springs which were making the motor work too hard and the door molding was shot which I never noticed. He tuned up and lubed the door and got a newer model remote which learned and then taught the car. Everything great now and not overly expensive. Professional, thorough, not pushy on suggested work but I agreed with suggestions. He takes pride in his work. I highly recommend.

When I discussed making an appointment I specifically asked, "Do you handle Omega Doors?" I was told yes. I was expecting your tech to be equiped to make a repair by having parts for an Omega Doors. This not the case. Now I have to wait for a second visit to hopefully resolve the issue. Your advertising sucked me in however your appointment service should have told me that you are not an Omega dealer especially since I asked.

Our Liftmaster Door failed after 22 years and our cars were locked inside by the door not opening. We looked up Liftmaster on google and found Precision Garage Doors were the area specialist. We called for help and we were lucky to get Nick Alfaro on May 31, 2024 who came to our Rescue within two hours. The door spring was broken and Nick had everything working like new in a couple of hours. Nick was polite, professional and knowledgeable.
