My technician, Luke, was here earlier than I expected on his way to another call. It worked out perfectly. He did what he had to do and now I need to get some estimates on a new garage door opener. Not the remotes the whole thing installation and all, so if I could just get some through my email from various types of door openers, you have, I would appreciate it. Thank you very much.

I selected Precision Overhead Doors because they are busy here at Placida Harbour with repairs from Hurricane Ian. I expected it would be easy to connect my car's remote to the Genie garage door opener and was disappointed when your worker could not do so. He said the door opener was broken. I know, however, that three other cars use that opener on a regular basis. I also was disappointed that, after not being able to do the job for which he was hired, I was nevertheless charged for the service call. Overall, I was disappointed by the waste of time and money used in the unsuccessful effort to connect a remote to a garage door opener, which I expected to be a simple task.

Precision Door Service is a terrific company! The installation of our garage door 3 years ago was done with a great product and the technician was excellent. There cost was very competitive. We recently needed a storm related repair and they came out the same day made necessary repairs and the fee was reasonable.

Well, I guess its my own fault for not asking how much. It was almost $900.00 to replace a broken spring. I had an appointment in town or I would have been there. If I would have been there i would NOT have okayed that much money. The 2 springs on all of the door websites are about $150 max each not $329 each as was charged. Live and Learn. ASK FIRST.
