Matt came on time, diagnosed the problem- bad circuit board in 18 year old unit, and then replaced motor, electronics, drive belt etc, all in less than 1 hour. Professional, courteous and efficient.

Twice we've tried working with the company that installed our garage door. We never got any satisfaction. I had call different company’s and no one came so I decided to call precision so we set up an appointment for Thursday afternoon at 4pm so Matt call me sometime around noon to let me know that he had and early opening so I told him to come very nice man he fix my problem and I was very happy I thought the price was a bit high but nothing is cheap these days I’m please that problem was taken care and I would used your services again if I need anything thank a lot and give Matt 4stars

After Hurricane Ian the garage door needed repair. I called they answered!!! Others did Not even answer their phone. Had a set date & time and they were able to come early and they did. Upon encountering a mysterious failure way early morning hours I found the sticker listing your 866 "24-hour Service Number", called it at 4 AM and a great guy named Tim answered and after just a bit said a service rep would be at our place the afternoon of that same day. Your man did arrive shortly after noon and adjusted a few items re the belt drive - and then said it would be no charge! What a great garage door company!!! And it appears a subsequent $0.00 invoice has now been mailed, just to verify the serviceman's statement. Kudos to Precision Garage Door Co.!
