Technician was prompt, courteous, efficient and informative. He said that the LED bulb I had installed in the light box on the opener may have caused the performance of the remotes. I have since changed out the bulb to a regular incandescent. He tested the remotes before he left, and all worked well. The installation of the bottom gasket for the garage door went smoothly and seals properly and looks good. We will not hesitate to call again, should any situation arise with our garage door and its operation. Thanks Larry and Jan Steuber

He explained everything very well and gave me a few options such as the minimum to get it working once again, the recommended upgrades or replacement parts, and what it would take to make it tip top. I have a rental house that needed repair on their garage door. I chose Precision to repair the garage door because my husband reminded me of a repair of another rental house which needed of the garage door. He told me of their quick service and what a good job they did in the repair. They explained what they were going to do and did exactly that. So, when I received a call from the tenant, I decided to call Precision Door. I was provided an appointment very This morning, I received a call from Precision, letting me know that they could come within 30 minutes. I was so happy to have this taken care of so quickly. I drove to the location, and was met by the repair man. He went straight to work. He had in his tool box, all that was necessary for the repair, and was home within about 1 hour. I kept his business card. This is a great place to go to when you need help/repair, etc. for your garage. AND - THEY HAVE A TRIPLE A RATING.

Opted not to get a new door at this time and the young man, Travis Austin was wonderful in bringing our door to almost new for an old door, giving us more time for future planning of a possible new one. So happy I chose Precision for my garage door repair. Justin called to advise me of the time he would be coming and he arrived precisely on time (so rare these days). A very knowledgeable young man who quickly diagnosed my problem and explained the options to me. I chose to go with a new unit because the one I had was very old. He explained the repairs would take about an hour and together with another co-worker who stopped by to assist, repairs were done quickly and efficiently. I think it is great that this company is training young men like Justin enabling them to begin a career. I will definitely call this Precision in the future if I have any other problems and will certainly recommend them to my family and friends.
