Michael is a superstar! Both he and I thought my door issue was a simple sensor replacement. Three hours later he had gone through a very thorough stepwise diagnostics process to ensure that it wasn’t a circuit board issue. In the process he discovered loose wire connections that he repaired, loose motor bracket bolts which he tightened; he adjusted the angle of the door lifter to make it more ergonomic and he found and repaired a poor connection of the belt bar to the door header. Having eliminated a connection problem he then bypassed the wires to show that my brand new sensors from Home Depot were defective. He replaced those with exactly the same model from his supply and now my door works more quietly and properly without having to buy a $400 circuit motor a new motor. He is patient, proficient and professional arriving on time after giving a 30 minute heads up phone call. I have a one year warranty on the work. I will use Precision Garage Door again if and when I need help.

The Tech that came to our home was Mike Monson. Top shelf guy. Arrived on time. Professional installation. Explained all functions etc. Cleaned up. I called mid morning for a appointment and tech arrived next morning at10:00 am. In a Precision Garage door truck and in uniform. I Highly recommend this company.

Unbelievable service! I saw an ad that stated a real person answered calls 24/7. I called on a Sun & sure enough a gentleman answered. I was in no hurry for service but the gentleman said Nick could be at my home between 2:00 & 6:00 TODAY! About 10 mins later Nick called saying he was ahead of schedule & could come by whenever it was convenient for me. I said “anytime.” He arrived 20 mins later and at 2:15 he was finished. A repair was made & the door runs much more smoothly now. Nick was great. I recommend these folks very highly.

I have used Precision Doors in the past and found that they provide timely and quality service . I was not disappointed ,as after making a request for service I was contacted and we scheduled an appointment the same day the request was made. Garage door was repaired before noon. Doug, provided three options for consideration . We selected one of the options, he went to work and problem was solved.
