I received the best referral ever when Precision was recommended for my garage door problems. Made request for service on line which was immediately responded to. Date for service was agreed to. Incredible! They responded quickly and worked around my schedule. Your service man Nick was very nice. But I thought getting a new remote because the previous one fell apart quite expensive when you add in your service charge. But at 88 yrs. young and a widow, I thought it very important that I have one.

Precision provided an excellent service. I was able to get an appointment within one day and received information about arrival time. Luke was a great service tech and replaced our spring on the garage door and checked all other parts of the garage door to ensure it was working properly. A little expensive for a spring but we got excellent service.

The service I received was exceptional. Our technician, Jeff, arrived earlier than expected. He was polite & professional. He took time to explain the different openers & all their features. He installed the new opener we chose & replaced the rollers. He programmed the keypad and my car opener. Then he finished by cleaning the light & my garage door. Very happy with the service!
