I was confused on you 24/7 service that's advertised, I had an urgent repair and had to wait until the next morning from 10 to 2. I guess you make appts 24/7 but don't provide service. Lol. But I will not take that away from Mike who was my technician. He was the nicest, most helpful, Professional guy ever and knew his stuff. Was pleased with the price too. Ty

We had a spring issue and the vehicle was locked in the garage, you never think this will happen to you. We had to wait 1 day and a half to get the engineer it was diagnosed very quickly and the repair was started. Joseph Baker was the engineer and we asked him to do other things at the same time, the door mechanism was very noisey and we agreed to have the track and the box of tricks changed. Joseph did a fantastic job getting us up and working again, but the track was not with him, he found one with another engineer and off he went find the new track. Now we have the best garage door working since we arrived in Venice 13 years ago. Josef did the best job and we would recommend him to anyone else that is in need of a diagnosis or repair. 10 out of 10

Matt showed up at 1:45, it was a good time to come.. I was told he would come between 2 and 6pm. He got to work right away. He was neat and efficient in his work. He identified the problem and fixed it with out trying to tell me it needed more then it did.. he replaced the belt, checked everything and answered my questions. I will recommend Precision to any one who asked about garage repairs.

I had my garage door installed by Precision 3 years ago and feel I got the best product, service and explanation of the available products available. After 3 years of using the product I felt it was it needed a maintenance service. (wear and tear, poor performing outdoor keypad). They were prompt in scheduling a service call and advised me of the service call fee. Mark was very thorough and fully explained what the problems were and outlined a timeline of what the maintenance of the door should be. The repair was not cheap but I feel that they were needed to keep my door working properly. (especially going thru 3 hurricanes since installation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

My tech guy was Brian Fixter, super professional, he called prior to appt time, arrived on time, and was very detailed of job assessment. Brian installed new door opener, explained entire process and once installation was complete he explained how to use and the function of do's and don'ts with operation of the new opener. He was very curteous and made sure we understood everything before he left the job site. I would highly recommend Brian for anyone seeking door repairs or installs for their garage.

Precision did a fantastic job for me. My old opener had unexplained issues (13 years or more of service?) and would not respond to the remote control. After calling Precision they responded quickly and set an appointment. Their knowledgeable technician arrived on time, diagnosed my situation and tried to find the most cost effective solution. A replacement motor was available on the service vehicle and I approved the price and installation. Problem solved! I would absolutely call this company with any garage door issue! Five star service and value.

I wish to thank the tech John that repair my garage door. This gentleman went be on the normal get in and out. He gave me two options, and I chose the option that would make the repair last and function well. He showed me the worn-out bearings that he replaced. He changed out the unmatched springs and replaced them with a match set. He adjusted the door opener so it can handle the new springs. He made sure the door was functioning properly.
