Called about a sensor problem. Justin Baxter arrived several hours earlier than my appointment. Justin was very courteous and knowledgeable about everything concerning garage doors. It turned out my circuit board was bad and decided will ease and Justin’s reassurance A new motor and the works was the way to go. I was very pleased with his work ethic and I’m proud to say I’m ecstatic with the final outcome. Justin even took the time to reset my truck so it can now operate the door. I was going to do a chain drive and Justin sold me on the belt drive. I’m so happy that I did. I’ve never heard a door opener so quiet in my life. The Veteran discount was the cherry on top. Thank you Precision and to Justin Bazzy for today. I will be requesting Justin and your company with anything needed in the future.

I have seen Precision Company Trucks out and around town and decided to give them a call! Two days before a storm, I called late in the evening to hopefully schedule a technician to come and fix my Garage door. It was very easy to have someone take my call and schedule an appointment the VERY next morning. I received the call from Matt before he arrived...He was so knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and fixed it. If there was a way to give a 10 star rating- I would do so. I called Precision Garage Door at 10:30, and by 11:30 Luke showed up. He did call me before hand just like was explained to me. He not only fixed the bottom of my garage door, but he did a tune up as well. Previous to this, I was told by a less adequate company that I would need to spend 5-6K on a new garage door, and that my springs were broken (which I had just replaced 2 years ago). Another company couldn't even get me on the list- which happened twice in one week. Luke was so professional in his knowledge and demeanor, and he put my mind (and wallet) at ease. As a realtor, I shall be recommending both Precision Door and Luke to future customers.
