Your service is impeccable. You show up on time, fix the problem, and your technicians are great. I would recommend you revisit your pricing structure. I felt a little “taken advantage of” having to pay the visit charge plus the charge for resetting of the “remote” keys (all two of them) which took all of five minutes. As a repeating customer - would have thought the initial service charge would have covered your costs.

The springs on my garage door had broken. I called Precision Garage Door Service because I had remembered seeing their advertisement on TV. Josh was the service technician and he called to say that he would be early to the appointment window (which I appreciated). He was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what needed to be done and performed the replacement in an efficient manner and left the area very clean. I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door service.

The service technician Luke was outstanding!!! He listened to our concerns and did not hesitate to put us at ease and get the job done. He made sure that every aspect of the job was done thoroughly and to perfection. He cleaned up after himself and made sure he ran through everything with us to make sure it was to our satisfaction!! The call center could use some help in providing accurate pricing and relaying customer concerns but the service tech was awesome!!!

Appointment was scheduled between 10am and 12. The guy arrived at 2:45. He started to do the work then left to go back to warehouse to get a part. He didnt come back. We messaged him and he said there was too much traffic and would be back next day at 8am. Next day he texted and said it would be 9. Then 9.25 then arrived at 9:45. I told him i was not hay with his reliability and his response was “do you want the job done or not” Appalling attitude in my opinion

Called and asked for a quote on spring replacement and was told it would be between $299 and $399... they had a $79 service charge which they said they would wave. When the technician arrived, he said it would be $999. I thanked him and told him I already had quotes $500 less. He then tried to charge me the $79 service fee until I talked to the manager.

I would give zero stars if I could. I had a new side mount opener installed 2 years ago and have had to have it serviced twice already and the last time they could not get it to operate properly. It took 2 calls to get the manager on the phone and then he said they would definitely get the door working properly and then passed it off to Ben who was suppose to contact me but has not done so in over a week. I will have to get another company to fix the issue even though the opener is still under warranty but apparently this company could care less.

Gage came out yesterday to replace springs on my garage door and did a terrific job. He was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable and the job was completed in about 90 minutes. Not only is my door operating again but Gage lubricated several points on the cable pulley system and the raising/ lowering process is much less noisy….Precision, and Gage, get high points from me! Thank you guys!

I first chose Precision when I closed on my house on a Friday evening at 5 pm in 2019. As soon as I came home from the closing, I discovered the garage door wouldn’t close all the way. Precision was the only place I could find that would come out on a Saturday (and they were coming from Sarasota to Naples). I have been a customer ever since and they have never disappointed me.
