Precision provided an excellent service. I was able to get an appointment within one day and received information about arrival time. Luke was a great service tech and replaced our spring on the garage door and checked all other parts of the garage door to ensure it was working properly. A little expensive for a spring but we got excellent service.

Once again Precision Garage Door did an excellent job on my annual tune up. Lucas showed me exactly what he was doing, took pictures of everything, and completed the work in a timely manner. Prompt and great service on the same day! The garage door opener failed the evening before I clicked on their website. I was very positively surprised that an appointment was available only a few hours later. Nick did a great job with checking and explaining the problem. He had the necessary replacement opener motor and parts on his truck. He offered me two choices and then replaced all necessary parts in over 1 hour. He then explained and showed me how to use the new opener. He even helped me pair my car garage door opener button in my car. Excellent service! I can only highly recommend this company and technician. 5 stars.

Excellent service provided by our Technician Luke. Called in the morning for a tune-up and Luke was here by 11:30am. He performed necessary maintenance items as requested. I was also provided a preventative maintenance program to ensure reliability of the garage door going forward. Look forward to working with Precision again in the future. Purchased new springs,rollers cables and opener. 3 weeks later cables failed and door jammed. Unable to manually open or close. I mark this up to poor installation. Yes they did come out the same day but it should have been done right the first time
