If there was a way to give a 10 star rating- I would do so. I called Precision Garage Door at 10:30, and by 11:30 Luke showed up. He did call me before hand just like was explained to me. He not only fixed the bottom of my garage door, but he did a tune up as well. Previous to this, I was told by a less adequate company that I would need to spend 5-6K on a new garage door, and that my springs were broken (which I had just replaced 2 years ago). Another company couldn't even get me on the list- which happened twice in one week. Luke was so professional in his knowledge and demeanor, and he put my mind (and wallet) at ease. As a realtor, I shall be recommending both Precision Door and Luke to future customers.

We called Precision Door to get a quote for a new hurricane grade garage door. Your representative came to our home, on time and reviewed our current situation. He explained that our new motor was the most up to date and that our door was in good shape but the noise as it was opening and closing could be alleviated by a good service. After fixing a mess made by another company, he realized springs installed were not the wright springs for that door. He installed new springs and door is working perfectly as it should. We have received the services of Precission overhead garage door services of Naples on four occasions. Each time we received exceptional service. Our most recent experience was on May 29, 2024. The technician was Andrew Sell. He arrived ahead of the scheduled time,replaced a broken spring, calibrated the garage door, lubricated, and finalized the process within 45 minutes. He was exceptionally professional and clearly understood how to repair garage doors. We are once again exceptionally pleased with the service and the price.

You guys are excellent. I previously had American Home Shield, and they sent out a technician of dubious skill. It cost me nearly $1,000 in uncovered expenses. Within a week, I called them back when the garage door jammed again. Here I am one year later with Precision to check their work and make adjustments. Gage, the Precision technician was excellent. I dropped both AHS and Choice after discovering they offered no savings. With them it seemed I seldom had a good technician and ultimately paid twice for the repair.
