Very impressed with my entire Precision Door experience. They were able to schedule a service call for a broken spring the same day it happened. Our technician Jeff Veresh was wonderful. Arrived when he said he’d be here, addressed the problem and made several suggestions on repairs. He was very professional and thorough. We would definitely use Precision Door again if needed.

Jeff arrived in a timely manner and did a complete evaluation of the garage door and opener system. He then showed me what needed to be done to get the door functioning properly again and what my choices were and what the different cost were. He answered all my questions and had all the parts needed to get the job done. He left the garage cleaned up and the door worked well and was very quiet. I would recommend the company and Jeff if you are having garage door issues. They are professionals and competitively priced.

I needed a new bottom seal on my door. The schedule lady did not ask what kind of door I have which is a Wayne Dalton. Your company does not service this brand, I had to pay a full service call for a job you could not do. Not my fault. I want a full refund for service call back on my credit card. Terry Viel

Garage doors only 4 years old already pitting / rusting company won’t do anything unless garage doors rust all the way to making a hole in the door. Such great quality products , nice look for a 300,000 house what poor quality stand behind your products. Will never purchase or use this company again .
