Great job to Mike. Appointment was between 9:00 and 12:00 and he arrived at 9:30. I also received notice he was on his way. He explained what how the process worked, made recommendations and told me the pros and cons of the types of openers. I will be calling him in a couple years for servicing, which he recommended. My garage door suddenly stopped working. I knew it was old and just a matter of time before it let go. As I was looking to find a repair company, an ad just happened to show on TV for Precision Garage door service. My wife called and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. The representative on the phone was pleasant and professional. The repairman, Mike Monson was also pleasant and professional. Before he started the job, he showed me what was broken and what parts needed to be replaced. After I agreed with the quote Mike gave me, he worked quickly and efficiently. When the job was finished he showed us what he had done and the parts he replaced. He also showed us how everything worked and made sure everything was working properly when he left. We would recommend Precision to any of our family and friends. Thank You!

I went online and found Precision Overhead GarageBand door service. Ava called me right away and stated she could get a technician out between 2 and 6 today. (Sunday) to replace a broken spring. I received updates from Ava and the Technician Mike Monson. We are very, very happy with the service we received. Mike explained everything to us and gave us options on the type of springs. He is an excellent technician and we love how he explained everything to us. We have never experienced such wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead garage door service of Sarasota.

We have had Mike service our garage door a year ago and was very impressed. He balanced the overhead door, lubricated, checked and made recommendations for later, since the motor and parts were aging. Precision sent Mike out to our home yesterday; the opener and belt needed to be replaced. My wife and I decided to have both springs replaced, even though Mike said we still have some time left on them, but agreed it would be a good idea. Mike is very knowledgeable, honest, and did a fantastic job. The door is so quiet, we can barely hear it.

I was confused on you 24/7 service that's advertised, I had an urgent repair and had to wait until the next morning from 10 to 2. I guess you make appts 24/7 but don't provide service. Lol. But I will not take that away from Mike who was my technician. He was the nicest, most helpful, Professional guy ever and knew his stuff. Was pleased with the price too. Ty

I called in the morning because my garage door was very noisy and I was afraid it would fail on me. I got an appointment for the same afternoon and Mike called to let me know he was about 20 minutes away. He quickly assessed my issues and within about 90 minutes, my garage door has never been so quiet. I would highly recommend Precision Doors!

Michael is a superstar! Both he and I thought my door issue was a simple sensor replacement. Three hours later he had gone through a very thorough stepwise diagnostics process to ensure that it wasn’t a circuit board issue. In the process he discovered loose wire connections that he repaired, loose motor bracket bolts which he tightened; he adjusted the angle of the door lifter to make it more ergonomic and he found and repaired a poor connection of the belt bar to the door header. Having eliminated a connection problem he then bypassed the wires to show that my brand new sensors from Home Depot were defective. He replaced those with exactly the same model from his supply and now my door works more quietly and properly without having to buy a $400 circuit motor a new motor. He is patient, proficient and professional arriving on time after giving a 30 minute heads up phone call. I have a one year warranty on the work. I will use Precision Garage Door again if and when I need help.

I was very pleased with the service. The technician contacted me ahead of time giving me the exact time he would arrive. He showed up on time, The truck was clean, and Tom, our technician, was very courteous and in a clean uniform. He inspected the doors. and presented me with his recommendation of repair. I rejected one part of the proposal. and he did not try to oversell or push me into purchasing. The work was done in a timely manner. and everything. was cleaned up. I would definitely recommend this company.

The technician was very nice and knowledgeable; HOWEVER, it was literally a 2 minute job - he had to adjust the opener as it was bouncing back up instead of staying closed) When I called and asked they stated it would be about $90. I assumed this would be the total. It was NOT. They charged that PLUS an additional $90+ to turn a few screws. Very disappointed as I have used these folks in the past and was happy with them. This was highway robbery. I could have YouTubed it myself but I am unsteady on a ladder and thought it would be better to have someone else do it. I thought $90 was reasonable. I am on a fixed income and while $200 isn't a lot to some people it is to me. They should have stated that it was $90 to walk in the garage and then $45 dollars every MINUTE afterwards. And he kept calling me by the wrong name even after being corrected several times. No big deal - just annoying.

I received the best referral ever when Precision was recommended for my garage door problems. Made request for service on line which was immediately responded to. Date for service was agreed to. Mike Monson arrived on time. Action needed was quickly assessed and professionally completed. Precision has obviously spent the time and effort required to master the art of customer satisfaction.
