I was very pleased with the service. The technician contacted me ahead of time giving me the exact time he would arrive. He showed up on time, The truck was clean, and Tom, our technician, was very courteous and in a clean uniform. He inspected the doors. and presented me with his recommendation of repair. I rejected one part of the proposal. and he did not try to oversell or push me into purchasing. The work was done in a timely manner. and everything. was cleaned up. I would definitely recommend this company.

The technician was very nice and knowledgeable; HOWEVER, it was literally a 2 minute job - he had to adjust the opener as it was bouncing back up instead of staying closed) When I called and asked they stated it would be about $90. I assumed this would be the total. It was NOT. They charged that PLUS an additional $90+ to turn a few screws. Very disappointed as I have used these folks in the past and was happy with them. This was highway robbery. I could have YouTubed it myself but I am unsteady on a ladder and thought it would be better to have someone else do it. I thought $90 was reasonable. I am on a fixed income and while $200 isn't a lot to some people it is to me. They should have stated that it was $90 to walk in the garage and then $45 dollars every MINUTE afterwards. And he kept calling me by the wrong name even after being corrected several times. No big deal - just annoying.

Very professional company. Tech, Mike, arrived on scheduled, located the issue (garage door would not close). Gave Tune-up & Lube, replaced springs. I also upgraded my garage door with Ultra quiet belt smart opener w/Camera and lighting! My garage door is operating like a brand door at a very reasonable cost! I am very pleased with Precision and highly recommend their services!

Mike, your technician arrived earl and I told him what happened that my door would not open. He looked at it and told me the spring had broken. He gave me a quote to fix it. I asked him when he could fix it and he said he could do it right away and I said let's do it. Mike was very professional and up front with answering any questions I had. My door now works better than when it was new. Great Job by Mike !!!

I was really pleased with the work that was done on my Garage Door. My Installer/Repairman Mike Monson was excellent. He explained everything I needed to know to repair my Garage Door properly. He offered different options as to what I needed. My door was so noisy before I had the repairs done. he Changed out the 2 Springs because one of my existing springs was broken. Then he changed all my steel rollers to new Nylon rollers, and wow what a difference that made. My door was 90% quieter than it was. My old Garage Door opener is getting old but still works fine, but that makes a little noise. Thank you Precision for taking care of my Garage Door problems, and thank you for sending Mike Monson. Your service provider, Mike, tackled my unworkable garage door both systematically and professionally. However, after going through what I perceived to be his usual fix, and what I may have thought to have been a success, he didn't feel it was quite right. He did comment that the rollers were probably original with the home built in 2006, but he just offered the suggestion and did not try to sell me on the idea of replacing them at this time (not the usual with many service organizations with whom I have had recent experience). However, I agreed with his suggestion and he installed new rollers. While this was a good idea, it did not affect his feeling that there something was not quite right. He then proceeded to do a lot of tweaking to make the job perfect, and I admired his determination to satisfy me with a silky-smooth-operating garage door. Good job!

I wasn't going to write a review because I don't really like all this technology but after my garage door was serviced by Precision Garage Door I have to let you know how happy I am with the result. It's like I have a new door! From the person who answered my phone call to the person who did the actual repair I was treated with courtesy and respect. I was given several options as to what would resolve my problem and also shown what was causing my problem which made a decision much easier! The work was completed in short order and I thought the price was fair. Since we use our garage door more then the front door it just makes me smile that it now opens so smoothly and is so much more quiet. Should have done it sooner! Thank you for providing such an excellent service.

I had a problem with my overhead garage door closing properly; it wouldn't and I had to release it and close it manually. I called and scheduled a service call with Precision Garage Door Service. Turned out the drive belt had begun losing teeth and wasn't functioning properly. Given that the unit was 12 years old and near the end of its useful life, I decided to replace it. The technician installed a new Liftmaster unit. Afterward, he reprogrammed my existing remotes and helped me update the remote built in to one of my cars. He also adjusted the springs and lubricated all the joints and wheels. I am very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for anyone needing their garage door serviced.
