Called for an appointment late morning on a Monday and technician was at the house at 4 pm same day, at the beginning of the estimated arrival window. Technician (Fischer) was very friendly and professional and got the doors working again in less than an hour, and at a reasonable price. Very pleased!

A technician named Fisher came a few minutes earlier than expected, which was great. He quickly analyzed the problem and described the cause of my issue (snapped cable). Once repaired, he did a complete tune up which included tightening the spring, repairing a bent track, tightened the belt, and lubricated all moving parts thoroughly. So I received a lot more service than expected, all for a very reasonable price. The added bonus is that my garage door opens and closes so much quieter. I couldn't be more pleased with Precision Garage Doors!

Our garage springs broke on Friday night and they were out by Saturday early afternoon with no weekend emergency charge. Justin was exceptional and explained everything he was doing letting us know the costs up front. The repair was quick and the garage door works like new. We also got a veterans discount. That was one of the reasons we picked them along with the 5 star reviews and no weekend extra charge. Very impressed with them.
