Although the most recent repair was just completed this afternoon, I am confident that the repair will last as did the two prior repairs. Precision technicians are punctual, workmanship is admirable, and charges for repairs are very reasonable.

When I called for a service call I told the lady exactly what I needed replaced. The service guy shows up almost 2 hours past the stated time and then told me he didn't have what was needed on his truck to do the repair and I had to make another service call. He was very nice and said he would let them know at the office. After not hearing from them I called a few days later and they didn't know anything so I made another service call. New guys was supposed to arrive between 1 and 3. After 3 passed by I called the office three times and they kept saying he was on his way. The tech finally showed at 5pm. My first time using your company and will certainly be the last!!!!!

I called precision to solve a long term problem with our door. On 9/10, the technician came, he was polite and found the problem, the channels are not aligned with each other. He said that a installer would have to fix it. I asked him for a quote and he said he'll have them send one. I have not received anything so I called on 9/12 and was told they will get back to me. It's 9/17 and still haven't heard anything.

Gage Clausen, the tech was superb! He did a thorough inspection of the springs, rollers, and other hardware that we estimated were over 20 years old. I had the Opener replaced by Precision a year ago and everything else seemed to be working at that time. But now, a year later, cables snapped, springs wore out and the door tilted and stopped 2 feet from the floor. Called Precision and Gage replaced it all. Now I have a safe, working door and I can get the car in and out!

Sergio was pleasant , knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly verified and resolved our problem. Since Precision was the installer of this door system, I was confident in choosing them. However I was a little surprised at the cost of parts replaced.

Sergio diagnosed the issue with my door and did his part in adjusting the spring and chain to correct it. He advised me to remove some paint that is contributing to the door's smooth operation. Additionally, he installed new sensors and a number pad. I found him to be knowledgeable and professional.
