The installer (Sergio) was very kind and explained everything that he was going to do. It did not take him long and afterwards explained everything regarding the use of the door and tested it with me. Very kind, efficient company. Our double garage door went up one day and would not come down. Called precision as we had used them for a prior repair. We had to wait a day to get service but other company I called could not come for a week. Time was set for 4-8 pm. Kyandre was our tech. He called early to say he had to make a trip to Naples from Cape Coral prior to our appt. He kept in touch with us and we were fine with him coming later. He arrived at 7:40PM. Went right to work and figured out very quickly that our 16 yr old motor was dying. All parts were in his truck so within an hour it was all replaced and old parts taken away. This new one is sooo quiet!! Thank you Kyandre for your professionalism on the job and your dedication to get the job done no matter the time of night and you had not had dinner yet!! Thank you again Precision for providing professional service!

Promp on time service. Garage door attachment to chain drive was failing as were the track rollers. Due to the Companies experience they had a replacement part for the fix. Lubricated both doors. Fantastic serviceman.

We can’t thank you enough! The garage door was giving us problems, not always opening or closing so I called and got an appointment. However, once my husband was home from golf, we found the door would not open, and manually did not work! We called and explained our dilemma- our car and golf cart were locked in. The person who answered our call took a few minutes and before we knew it had arranged an emergency visit. Within the hour a young man named Mike came and in one hour had everything fixed. He even checked to see if our remotes needed reprogramming, which they did. A wonderful all-around experience!we would recommend your company without hesitation!
