Called around noon and spoke to a live person immediately who understood my garage door repair need and offered to schedule the service call still that afternoon. I told them the next morning would be better and they gave me a service window from 10 am to 2 pm. The tech called and showed up around 10:30 am. He was very professional and knowledgeable and had the repair completed within an hour at a reasonable and fair cost. Door works great; very happy with the overall experience!

Having never owned a garage door of this type before I was shocked to hear what sounded like a explosion in the garage when one of our springs let go on a Saturday morning in Lakewood Ranch. After seeing their commercials on TV for a while, and realizing that the door was totally inoperable rendering our vehicles useless, I decided to call Precision. Their response was prompt and their technician Matt Jones was here within 3 hours. He was cordial, skillful, neat and quick and we were back up and running within an hour. After the original garage door installer (D&D Garage Doors) failed to solve my problem, I did some research that lead me to Precision — a BBB-accredited company with several positive reviews. I called Precision, answered several questions and was told someone would check my garage door within the next 4 hours. Matt, the service technician, arrived within 3 hours, after calling 15 minutes ahead of time. He quickly assessed the damage, estimated the cost of repairs, saying it should take about an hour to fix. I agreed to the terms, especially as the service call would be free if I produced a coupon. Matt arrived the next day as promised and completed the work in exactly one hour. He was very professional, helped program the system with my security code and made sure I knew how to change the bulb in the control unit. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone with garage door problems.

Precision has been my Air Conditioner for apx 23 year's. I like the service I get and the tech's are always helpful and explain everything the will be doing. This latest experience with Mr Fisher was excellent. Service man was not professional or cooperative. Left the garage a mess and when asked if he was going to clean it up he first asked for a blower and then he said it was too wet to clean up. Left with the garage a mess and no apologies. The work performed was adequate but the attitude and professionalism was not.The job was to replace the bottom seal on the garage door. Price for service call plus the seal was too high, especially considering the service man.

I had an excellent experience working with Precision on a new door install at my Anna Maria beach house and subsequently had Justin out to service my two doors in LWR CC. We had a bracket come loose and Justin easily convinced me it was time to replace the 20+ year old springs and wheels which he did in about 2 hrs on this service call. Both doors sound and operate like new again!

Chris was great. He explained clearly what was needed to repair the door and gave us options for some additional service that was not needed right now but would eventually be necessary. He was pleasant, friendly and easy to talk to. He finished the work surprisingly quickly. We would happily use his services again, but sadly we are unlikely to need him any time soon! ????
