Our hurricane-impact garage door was originally installed by Precision during our home construction in 2004. This has been a workhorse over the years, and has easily withstood all hurricanes since the home's construction. The springs recently wore out, and our technician, John, arrived to the house earlier than he originally had planned. Both he, and Maureen, were in regular communication with me, notifying me of arrival times, as well as a call from John when he was on the way. Precision has GREAT customer service, very professional presence on the property, and within a couple hours of John's arrival, we were back up and running again! I'd highly recommend Precision to all!

I chose precision garage door back in 2017 as I heard good things about the company. Very satisfied with the workmanship July 23, 2024. I had them out again to inspect the garage door and repair my garage door opener once again very satisfiedwith workmanship knowledge and personality of repairman. I would recommend precision to anybody that needs garage door replacement or repair or garage door opener replaced or repaired very reasonably priced.

My to go to garage door company! Mark was ahead of his time schedule, but I was able to make it back home to meet him. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I felt he was a bit in a rush but all and all good service. Pricing seemed a bit high as everything else these days. $179.90 to spray lubricant on wheels and belt was costly. Thank you for your service of the past, present and future.

I received same day service - which was great. Thank-you. Alex was the Serviceman - he was professional, friendly and helpful. He fixed my problem with a service call. He didn’t push to sell me equipment I didn’t need at this time. He took time to explain how I should lube my door and opener in order to improve function and longevity. He gave me estimates of what it would cost down the road if I were to replace the current opener. Overall - a very favorable experience.

We called to have the garage door opener belt replaced. They came the same day, which was unexpected. Alex was our techician & he was so nice. Courteous, professional & a little funny. Seth showed up on time for the appointment. He was professional and courteous to me and my service dog. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The price was not overpriced and less than I expected. It is a relief to know that everything is going to be replaced and be brand new. The garage door will also be an impact door so now my entire house will protected for hurricane season.
