Second time I have used PD. This is a company that is run properly! From the young lady who took my call and scheduled my appointment to the technician (John) who completed my work they were truly first class! Both employees were polite professional informative and skilled in their roll! Customer service is a lost skill…but not at PD! Our hurricane-impact garage door was originally installed by Precision during our home construction in 2004. This has been a workhorse over the years, and has easily withstood all hurricanes since the home's construction. The springs recently wore out, and our technician, John, arrived to the house earlier than he originally had planned. Both he, and Maureen, were in regular communication with me, notifying me of arrival times, as well as a call from John when he was on the way. Precision has GREAT customer service, very professional presence on the property, and within a couple hours of John's arrival, we were back up and running again! I'd highly recommend Precision to all!

Super service! John R. was on time(8-12 scheduled) got here at 9:15ish. Polite and upfront as to what the problem was. Very courteous and professional. I am very pleased barr any unforeseen issues . A little pricey with the service charge but hey everyone has to make money. Thanks!

John, the technician was in our neighborhood on a service call. We stopped to ask if he could help with a weather strip issue. Once John was done with his service call, he stopped and installed a new weather strip and added a keyless code box for us. Very professional and he cleaned up. I chosed Precision out of the phone book. Boy what a great choice I made. Mark came and tried to fix the door which was not closing correctly. After trying several things ie: bad eyes and so forth he determined the door was in bad shape for multiple reasons. I opted to order a new door and John came to install it. He recommended I let him try to repair the current door which I agreed to. After his repair work the door works better than it has in over 20 years and was several hundred cheaper than a new one. Kudos to Mark and John for unbelievable service,courtesy and expertise. Wonderful experience for us. Highly recommend !!!!

Called on Sat. PM. Was told tech would arrive between 2-5pm Sun. Shows up @ 6:30. After troubleshooting, said he needed parts and would return Mon @ 4:30. Calls at 5 says too tired today, will return Tues @ 4:30. Arrives 6:30. Works until 8:30. I have to work very early Wed. Tell him to finish next day. We’ll see. Despite time delays, really like John’s attitude and expertise. Also, why don’t billing amounts on estimate add up to total costs?

We apologize for the delays in getting to your home and resolving your problem. The technician explained that his previous job had been much more time consuming that thought and delayed his schedule greatly. WE strive to give each customer as much time is needed on every appointment to make sure the job is done correctly. In your case we let you down as we had to come back a second time. The technician stated he did try to work with you within any time constraints and that is why the return visit was moved. But in the end you were extremely happy with his work. We thank you for your business and hope in the future you will keep us in mind
2-2-2025 Garage door would stop closing at different intervals. Was not expecting a technician to come out on a Sunday! John called to say he would be there in about 20 minute, arrived a few minutes early, listened to what the problem was and then tried a number of things to fix the problem. The motherboard for the electronics was going bad, this unit was from 2005 and the electronics were no longer available. Technician also showed me that the rollers were also going bad. So I went with new rollers and a belt drive Pds 801 7, which included 2 remotes, 2 eye sensors and an outside wall pad. The technician (John) was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and was finished within two hours. I would not hesitate to call Precision Garage door of Bradenton and or recommend them to any of my neighbors.
