Your repairman was professional however, the price to replace two sensors was very high within a very short amount of replacement time, and the additional estimate charge was without a discount for elderly senior citizen.

I was not wowed with today's service call ! tech determined within minutes literally a minute that I needed a new motor! I had to suggest he look inside motor at least to determine what he thinks i need ! Not sure if I am still a fan

Not impressed by the pressure to spend more money on upgraded springs and rollers. Then told the old springs I had were not the right ones. This door has lasted twenty years. How can you say the springs are not right? Also, I’m not signing off to protect you from legal repercussions due to the door opener and the door being two separate entities. To me they must be balanced and operating together as one. If one is not functioning properly then it must be noted. It’s too bad you allow your lawyers to run your business.

Good service but waited a week for appointment. Opener is 1.5 years old. Out of warranty. Remote outside door panel deprogramed for no reason twice so replaced it. (It even looks cheap and flimsy). I asked if there was a better version of the remote panel, ANSWER "Yes"! Why didn't you tell me at the time of original purchase that you recommend the better version. Even my renters knew that and had the same experience at their home. GET THE UPGRADED REMOTE PANEL WITH YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE

Good morning and thank you for your review. After reviewing your account it appears that your motor was installed February 3 ,2021. Your install date was just shy of three years old by about one week. Your warranty for all electronics is 1 year which was two years outside of warranty. When installed we can only install what the manufacturer has available and include in their box. In your case it was the Liftmaster motor with the included keypad. There is not an upgraded or "better version" keypad as it is not an option that any of the manufacturers offer. Specific Keypads go with specific motors and with the exception of the universal keypads, the keypads are not interchangeable. The keypad may switch appearance if the manufacturer changes their keypad look but it is the same exact electronics boards in the keypads operating on the same frequency and with the same operational functionality. Please feel free to call our main office and speak with our General Manager with any questions but hopefully this helps clarify the mis-information.

Still recovering from the shock of having to pay almost $700 to have 2 garage door springs replaced, the last time I had this done it was under $300, (in another state). Needless to say you won’t get any referrals from me. Shame on your company for taking advantage of a senior.

Technician recommended replacing the motor before even checking anything. (at a minimum of $599 plus tax and installation), I considered dismissing him immediately, but told him to check it out first since I was already on the hook for $79 service call. Sure enough it was a burned out capacitator. He then broke a wire solderless disconnect end, but didn't have any on the truck to replace it with, so I had to drive to the hardware store to buy a box of blade-ends, and didn't charge him my usual $75.00 per hour fee for having to go buy parts for the service company who came unprepared. I ended up paying $234.00 for a $29.00 capacitor, not happy how you do business, would now not recommend Precision. 941-724-9610 or email scottgrierc3@comcast.net

Service man was not professional or cooperative. Left the garage a mess and when asked if he was going to clean it up he first asked for a blower and then he said it was too wet to clean up. Left with the garage a mess and no apologies. The work performed was adequate but the attitude and professionalism was not.The job was to replace the bottom seal on the garage door. Price for service call plus the seal was too high, especially considering the service man.

Asked to have the belt replaced on my garage door opener; however, the tech replaced the belt and spring. Seemed like an honest misunderstanding, but it cost me an extra $700. Left a mess on my garage floor. Opener seems to be working fine.

The service tech, Ben, was courteous and efficient and solved the problem by spraying lubricant. The problem was the cost. I was told ahead of time it would be a $79 trip charge but I was charged another $80 to spray lubricant, which didn't take even 5 minutes. Ben was at our home at most 10 minutes. Like everyone else, I understand inflation but $159 for 5 minutes work (at most) and a few squirts of lubricant doesn't pass the smell - or reasonableness - test. No need to respond with an explanation of the cost of doing business. This just has to do with customer satisfaction, and satisfaction has to do with the value I receive for the price I pay.

Technician was very nice, however he quoted me $159.00 to fix my garage door. I said okay, fix it. Then when it was time to pay the bill he stated it was $309.00! I asked him what happened to 159? He stated he had to replace 2 rollers and 2 brackets. I felt like it was a total Bait & Switch! Will think twice about using your company again!

Thanks for the review. For all three visits we were out to your house within 24-48 hours of your call. We charged you a service call one time, the second visit was no charge as you stated to the technician that you fixed the problem when he arrived and the third visit you were charged only for the broken keypad we replaced with no service call or any additional labor. We do appreciate your review and were happy that our expertly trained staff was able to immediately locate and fix your issue.

The technician for our repairs was accommodating and did a great job. We are well pleased with that. HOW DO WE GO ABOUT GETTING A NEW DOOR? We asked for a quote and got one but the email quote said no reply. We have questions. Who do we talk to? We don't understand Terroll Nebel

The door does not open until I’m in the drive way . My old 21-year-old Genie opened 2 or 3 houses away. The light bulb was dead And it looks like an erector set, The Genie was more appealing to look at. And I did not get the $50.00 dollar discount

Service man was very nice. He had no parts to fix my garage door even though the woman who took the call said the truck was fully stocked. I told her it was a non motorized door. Had my husband stay home all day waiting for appointment, so he went to Home Depot and got the parts and fixed himself. The dispatcher wrote up the problem as motor not working even though I told her it was a manually operated door

Replaced weather sealing around garage door with new seals. When garage door is shut the weather seal has three bubbles on the top part of door. Written by Erland's wife, Esther

For some reason your service guy used self tapping screws to mount the new hinge resulting in the new hinge been mounted off center. He did not use the existing bolt and nut assemble nor did he leave them here. I am not sure if the off center mounting is causing the door to operate poorly. Granted it’s an old door but was operating very smoothly. I am in the market for a new garage door.

Tech that came out was professional and friendly. However, I was told on the phone that a spring replacement would be around $180 and when the tech arrived he told me it would be $475. At that point is was a little late to get another quote so I felt I had no choice but to pay the much higher amount. A couple extra questions when making the appointment could have provided an accurate quote over the phone and I would not have felt misled.
- Paul Dangel
I apologize you felt our service did not meet your expectations. We record all of our calls for training and quality control and I went back to check your call and the representative who set your appointment did mention the springs range between $118-$225 per spring. If you have two springs we do not replace just one as that could cause further damage to your door and potentially injure our technician if your other spring broke while tension is being added to the new spring setup. I will also follow up with a phone call as customer service and a good experience is our number one priority.

Called on Sat. PM. Was told tech would arrive between 2-5pm Sun. Shows up @ 6:30. After troubleshooting, said he needed parts and would return Mon @ 4:30. Calls at 5 says too tired today, will return Tues @ 4:30. Arrives 6:30. Works until 8:30. I have to work very early Wed. Tell him to finish next day. We’ll see. Despite time delays, really like John’s attitude and expertise. Also, why don’t billing amounts on estimate add up to total costs?
- Jim Mcdougall
We apologize for the delays in getting to your home and resolving your problem. The technician explained that his previous job had been much more time consuming that thought and delayed his schedule greatly. WE strive to give each customer as much time is needed on every appointment to make sure the job is done correctly. In your case we let you down as we had to come back a second time. The technician stated he did try to work with you within any time constraints and that is why the return visit was moved. But in the end you were extremely happy with his work. We thank you for your business and hope in the future you will keep us in mind

Couldn't afford changing springs. I am on a fixed income and $1000 for 3 springs is too expensive. I could afford $700 but you guys couldn't come down that far.
