Our Liftmaster Door failed after 22 years and our cars were locked inside by the door not opening. We looked up Liftmaster on google and found Precision Garage Doors were the area specialist. We called for help and we were lucky to get Nick Alfaro on May 31, 2024 who came to our Rescue within two hours. The door spring was broken and Nick had everything working like new in a couple of hours. Nick was polite, professional and knowledgeable.

My to go to garage door company! Mark was ahead of his time schedule, but I was able to make it back home to meet him. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I felt he was a bit in a rush but all and all good service. Pricing seemed a bit high as everything else these days. $179.90 to spray lubricant on wheels and belt was costly. Thank you for your service of the past, present and future.

Key pad stopped working. Alex was timely, friendly, informative and efficient. He was thorough in his explanation of what happened, how to prevent in the future. He also did a complete review of the door and all its components, explaining all the proper care and maintenance. I received same day service - which was great. Thank-you. Alex was the Serviceman - he was professional, friendly and helpful. He fixed my problem with a service call. He didn’t push to sell me equipment I didn’t need at this time. He took time to explain how I should lube my door and opener in order to improve function and longevity. He gave me estimates of what it would cost down the road if I were to replace the current opener. Overall - a very favorable experience.
