Seth showed up on time for the appointment. He was professional and courteous to me and my service dog. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The price was not overpriced and less than I expected. It is a relief to know that everything is going to be replaced and be brand new. The garage door will also be an impact door so now my entire house will protected for hurricane season.

Well, I guess its my own fault for not asking how much. It was almost $900.00 to replace a broken spring. I had an appointment in town or I would have been there. If I would have been there i would NOT have okayed that much money. The 2 springs on all of the door websites are about $150 max each not $329 each as was charged. Live and Learn. ASK FIRST.

Our hurricane-impact garage door was originally installed by Precision during our home construction in 2004. This has been a workhorse over the years, and has easily withstood all hurricanes since the home's construction. The springs recently wore out, and our technician, John, arrived to the house earlier than he originally had planned. Both he, and Maureen, were in regular communication with me, notifying me of arrival times, as well as a call from John when he was on the way. Precision has GREAT customer service, very professional presence on the property, and within a couple hours of John's arrival, we were back up and running again! I'd highly recommend Precision to all!

When I discussed making an appointment I specifically asked, "Do you handle Omega Doors?" I was told yes. I was expecting your tech to be equiped to make a repair by having parts for an Omega Doors. This not the case. Now I have to wait for a second visit to hopefully resolve the issue. Your advertising sucked me in however your appointment service should have told me that you are not an Omega dealer especially since I asked.

I had them out again to inspect the garage door and repair my garage door opener once again very satisfiedwith workmanship knowledge and personality of repairman. Our Liftmaster Door failed after 22 years and our cars were locked inside by the door not opening. We looked up Liftmaster on google and found Precision Garage Doors were the area specialist. We called for help and we were lucky to get Nick Alfaro on May 31, 2024 who came to our Rescue within two hours. The door spring was broken and Nick had everything working like new in a couple of hours. Nick was polite, professional and knowledgeable.
