Precision Overhead Garage Door is an excellent company. I have used them at least 4 times over the years and have always been impressed with their service. Easy making emergency appointment same day. The technician gave a courtesy call 30 minutes ahead and quoted to fix our garage door issue in a very timely manner because he was well trained. Two estimates from competitors were much higher and not very professional on the initial call.

Technician Nash arrived and solved the problem I have had with my prior opener since it was installed eight years ago. Also, the company that installed the prior opener made three service calls at $99. Each To correct the problem and it was never solved. I have already referred two of my neighbours to precision and both are satisfied. It’s nice when you get a service person that actually knows what they are doing.

My garage door was "sinking" about a foot, after opening it. Joe A. came, assessed the problem immediately and recommended a "Tune and Lube," which he did, and it appears to have solved the problem. He also suggested a Tune and Lube (maintenance) every year. I will put that on my calendar for January, 2022. Joe was efficient, and very respectful.
