Precision Overhead Garage Door is an excellent company. I have used them at least 4 times over the years and have always been impressed with their service. My tech today "Luke" was punctual, and an excellent communicator. He kept me informed as to his arrival and fully explained what needed to be done. I could not be more pleased from the time I made my initial call until the tech completed the job.

Easy making emergency appointment same day. The technician gave a courtesy call 30 minutes ahead and quoted to fix our garage door issue in a very timely manner because he was well trained. Two estimates from competitors were much higher and not very professional on the initial call.

Technician Nash arrived and solved the problem I have had with my prior opener since it was installed eight years ago. Also, the company that installed the prior opener made three service calls at $99. Each To correct the problem and it was never solved. I have already referred two of my neighbours to precision and both are satisfied. It’s nice when you get a service person that actually knows what they are doing.

My garage door was "sinking" about a foot, after opening it. Joe A. came, assessed the problem immediately and recommended a "Tune and Lube," which he did, and it appears to have solved the problem. He also suggested a Tune and Lube (maintenance) every year. I will put that on my calendar for January, 2022. Joe was efficient, and very respectful.
