I have used Precision several time....my tech today was Doug and he was super. Very knowledgeable, provided info of what was required to remedy my problem. Was efficient and did a great job and even made a trip to pick up the last needed part. You have one great tech and I hope he is appreciated and acknowledged.

Our garage door stopped working properly yesterday, so we called Precision Garage Door this morning. They answered promptly...which was great...and came out to do the repair shortly thereafter. John and his assistant were very knowledgeable...and had the problem diagnosed immediately. They gave me a quote...and had the garage door working again in no time! Needless to say, I was very pleased. Both gentlemen were courteous and respectful...as well as very proficient. I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision again when the need arises. They are great!

Had a very noisy 22 year old six panel one car garage door in a condo community. Within a day of calling, Precision Garage Door sent Service Technician John Roetzer and his helper Ryan. Both smart, articulate, friendly, and professional young men who know garage doors. John showed me how the chain and 22 year old worn chain sprocket are the cause of loudest noise. Sprocket is no longer made so can’t be replaced. They did what they could. Replaced the rollers, rubber seal on the bottom panel, and made minor adjustments. Door is somewhat quieter now. Gave me estimate for the proposed repair work and an estimate for a new garage door before they started work. Will use Precision to replace with a new insulated garage door, motor, et al in the next year or so. Happy to recommend their service.

Precision Garage Service did a excellent job of replacing my existing garage door opener, replacing rollers, new remotes and a keypad. You were scheduled for the period 2-6PM today. You called at 10AM ,saying you were in the vicinity and would like to make the call. My wife agreed. The fix was a matter of five minutes-nothing more than moving the hand release to the proper position (we have no idea how it was moved). I understand why a service charge is expected when a technician is scheduled as a result of a requested call. In this case, the technician was asking for an assist in order to minimize his time, in order to take advantage of his individual schedule. The fee should have been other than routine, to acknowledge that the provider was spared a typical service call....with the voluntary assistance of the user. Not a difficult situation....and an opportunity to show how a customer may understand a personalized service.s A missed opportunity to display customer service. Howard

Wow. The technician was here 3 1/2 hours after I called, which in itself is amazing. He did a terrific job and even reprogrammed my automatic opener so I can now use the outside keypad. He was polite, efficient, and truly excellent. Thank you Jeff! You get 10 stars from me.

I called Friday AM for service. Couldn’t believe it but they came at noon same day. Justin Bazzy was my technician. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. We analyzed the situation and I decided to install 2 new openers. Justin was all over it. Done in 2 1/2 hours, 2 doors. Love this Company. Justin was fantastic! Can’t say enough.

My problem was that my old garage door opener (21 years old) stopped working. I called Precision and they sent a technician within a few hours. Ethan quickly diagnosed the problem and I decided to replace it with a state of the art LiftMaster opener system. Ethan installed it within an hour and set up all the remotes connecting with the system. This included the myQ app remote through my phone. Ethan was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have use Precision for several years and have always had a good experience. This experience exceeded my expectations.

I had previously used another garage door company Precision,‘s competitor and I wasn’t happy with them, but I heard good things about Precision, Garage Doors. The Salesman was very informative. Gave me all the information I needed. They installed the Garage Doors,the installer did an excellent job, unfortunately there is scratches in the doors I think it was from the factory I forwarded a video to Management and they replaced all the Garage Doors without any question.It is a very professional company. I highly recommend.
