After the original garage door installer (D&D Garage Doors) failed to solve my problem, I did some research that lead me to Precision — a BBB-accredited company with several positive reviews. I called Precision, answered several questions and was told someone would check my garage door within the next 4 hours. Matt, the service technician, arrived within 3 hours, after calling 15 minutes ahead of time. He quickly assessed the damage, estimated the cost of repairs, saying it should take about an hour to fix. I agreed to the terms, especially as the service call would be free if I produced a coupon. Matt arrived the next day as promised and completed the work in exactly one hour. He was very professional, helped program the system with my security code and made sure I knew how to change the bulb in the control unit. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone with garage door problems.

Precision Garage Door Service had replaced a spring and some rollers back in 2014. I thought our door was sounding louder than normal, so we set up a maintenance visit. Representative Tom found nothing wrong with our door, and didn't try to sell us parts we didn't need. He did point out that our garage motor was over 20 years old, and gave us a list of motors and prices for future review. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions...., thanks Tom!

As he was alone I thought he would be all day as he had to replace the wood. By early afternoon he was finished. A very thorough and professional installation. I was using another company but, they could not diagnose the issue. Saw TV commercial and called Precision. Made an appt for Sunday. No upcharge for the weekend and a very responsible service charge period. Tom was the technician, he called when he was leaving and gave me an ETA. He was on time. Showed him some videos of the issue, then he tried the door. Looked at the opener, a 14 yr old opener. Told me he could repair but, based on age something else could go wrong. Suggested a new opener, quoted 2. I choose the Liftmaster. Wow! What a difference. Much quieter and smoother running. Also replaced the weather seal. Very happy with service and price. Professional, courteous and fairly priced. A winning combination. Thanks Tom! Yes I would recommend Precision Garage Doors.

I wanted a company to inspect and perform maintenance on my garage door (8 years old). The scheduling process was exceptionally easy and fast. I set an appointment within 15 minutes between the initial email and a few texts. Matt called beforehand, arrived on time and inspected the door, springs et al as requested. He provided me with some options and pricing (which I found acceptable). He was great, took care of the maintenance I asked for. I am happy and feel comfortable with the service. I used Precision in the past for minor repairs and knew of their honesty and professionalism so when I was in need of replacing my 30 year old garage door and motor, there was no one else I would have chosen. Seth was very thorough in examining my current system and recommending what was needed. He explained everything and patiently reworked the estimate when I changed my original idea. He took the time to check the inventory and give an estimate for installation. Tito and Cesar installed my new equipment and were very impressive in their professional appearance and knowledge. They were both very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be doing the work which speaks highly of them and of Precision Door's work environment. Before beginning the installation, Tito reviewed, line by line, everything that would be done to ensure it matched what I was expecting. When the job was complete, both Tito and Cesar took time to explain everything to me from lubricating the hinges and spring to how to activate the "up, down and learn" buttons. Any questions I had were answered. Between Seth's initial visit and the installation, I received emails with my job description and installation date as well as reminders via voicemail.
