Unbelievable service! I saw an ad that stated a real person answered calls 24/7. I called on a Sun & sure enough a gentleman answered. I was in no hurry for service but the gentleman said Nick could be at my home between 2:00 & 6:00 TODAY! About 10 mins later Nick called saying he was ahead of schedule & could come by whenever it was convenient for me. I said “anytime.” He arrived 20 mins later and at 2:15 he was finished. A repair was made & the door runs much more smoothly now. Nick was great. I recommend these folks very highly.

I have used Precision Doors in the past and found that they provide timely and quality service . I was not disappointed ,as after making a request for service I was contacted and we scheduled an appointment the same day the request was made. Garage door was repaired before noon. Doug, provided three options for consideration . We selected one of the options, he went to work and problem was solved. Now we need not worry about our garage door not working and it provides "peace of mind". Thank you.

I was very pleased with the service. The technician contacted me ahead of time giving me the exact time he would arrive. He showed up on time, The truck was clean, and Tom, our technician, was very courteous and in a clean uniform. He inspected the doors. and presented me with his recommendation of repair. I rejected one part of the proposal. and he did not try to oversell or push me into purchasing. The work was done in a timely manner. and everything. was cleaned up. I would definitely recommend this company.

Easy to schedule a service call. The technician, Doug was excellent! He was knowledgable about his product and easily installed a new garage door opener. He fully explained the proper usage of the opener and the associated warranty. On the down side,I felt the price of the opener was far greater than I expected. We had replaced our other door opener within the a year ago and the price was $300 less for the same item.

Found Precision on the Internet. Quick response with same day service. When I questioned the quote the tech said prices had gone up and tariffs had kicked in which I do not believe. I only agreed to the cost because it was a Friday and my garage door wasn't working. Tech was onsite for less than an hour and I paid the $1512 for the new opener. I did have a question about the invoice and called Percision twice but no one returned either call. It felt to me that they wanted a sale not a customer.

Although the most recent repair was just completed this afternoon, I am confident that the repair will last as did the two prior repairs. Precision technicians are punctual, workmanship is admirable, and charges for repairs are very reasonable.

Overpriced significantly for service needed and onsite price was $500 higher than quote before agreeing to service call. I still had to pay a service despite the bait and switch tactics. I was disappointed I called Precision.

The technician was very nice and knowledgeable; HOWEVER, it was literally a 2 minute job - he had to adjust the opener as it was bouncing back up instead of staying closed) When I called and asked they stated it would be about $90. I assumed this would be the total. It was NOT. They charged that PLUS an additional $90+ to turn a few screws. Very disappointed as I have used these folks in the past and was happy with them. This was highway robbery. I could have YouTubed it myself but I am unsteady on a ladder and thought it would be better to have someone else do it. I thought $90 was reasonable. I am on a fixed income and while $200 isn't a lot to some people it is to me. They should have stated that it was $90 to walk in the garage and then $45 dollars every MINUTE afterwards. And he kept calling me by the wrong name even after being corrected several times. No big deal - just annoying.

We had a service person arrive to fix a broken garage door. He was polite, offered 3 bids, repair options - explaining each carefully. No pressure to buy the most expensive option. We made the right decision, and he completed some complicated work within a two hour time period. I believe we were only charged the initial service call rate for labor, plus the materials. Great work. Oh, there were several things repaired related to the door, new spring, cable drum, new reinforcement brackets, nylon rollers, etc. Thank you.

Precision Garage Door Service again gave me wonderful service. My garage door spring broke late afternoon yesterday, trapping both my cars inside. Luke from Precision was at my house for the repair before noon today. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. He gave me the price beforehand and completed the job promptly. I was delighted! We've had Precision work on other jobs for us and have always been very pleased. Highly recommend!

Garage door motor failed. I give 4 stars for the service but only 2 stars for the price. The tech was good, came on a Sunday at "no additional charge," worked for 2.5 hours. I thought the price was very high. Was told the motor failed, which I already knew. Was then told I needed a new motor AND springs, chain, the entire system. Cost about $2200. Seems very high to me. Was in a bind, so I paid it.
