Very impressed with my entire Precision Door experience. They were able to schedule a service call for a broken spring the same day it happened. Our technician Jeff Veresh was wonderful. Arrived when he said he’d be here, addressed the problem and made several suggestions on repairs. He was very professional and thorough. We would definitely use Precision Door again if needed.

Excellent service provided by our Technician Luke. Called in the morning for a tune-up and Luke was here by 11:30am. He performed necessary maintenance items as requested. I was also provided a preventative maintenance program to ensure reliability of the garage door going forward. Look forward to working with Precision again in the future. I just had my garage door overhauled by Precision Door. My technician, John R., was just outstanding. Courteous, knowledgeable, efficient - I couldn't have asked for a better person. My door sounded like each time it opened or closed might be its last. The wall switch required repeated attempts to make contact. It was more like I was trying to figure out the secret handshake than just open the door. After replacing all that needed to be replaced (springs, rollers, cables) and tracing the problem with the wall switch to a loose connection at the motor, the whole system is like new. I hit the switch to close it on my way inside and had to turn around to be sure it was even moving. I could not be more satisfied. And, by the way, I called around 9 this morning. It's now now just after noon and the work is already completed. Outstanding!

Have used PD at other houses we have had and they were fantastic there and they were fantastic here as well. Fortunate that we got same day service and they were here fixed my problem and made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left. Ethan was very professional and customer service was exceptional.

Never got to gauge their service. We had to move everything from the front of the garage….well that’s why we needed the garage door fixed? When I to.d him no way could I do that because of my back, I said thanks. Then he said that I owed him $89.00 for the service call. I said the estimate was supposed to be free? He said no and I said I was told it was free. He said we can listen to the phone call where they told me the cost. I said no you can’t because we never talked on the phone. Thing got tense and I told him to leave.
