Precision was absolutely great! I was skeptical at first because of the big name, thinking they would try and oversell the bigger better product, but they did not! I booked the appointment online, and the technician SHOWED UP ON TIME and was professional and efficient. He did not try and upsell me, but laid out options for me and answered any questions I had. Then, he fixed the whole problem right then and there...in an hour or so! Great business model. Highly recommend!

Called around noon and spoke to a live person immediately who understood my garage door repair need and offered to schedule the service call still that afternoon. I told them the next morning would be better and they gave me a service window from 10 am to 2 pm. The tech called and showed up around 10:30 am. He was very professional and knowledgeable and had the repair completed within an hour at a reasonable and fair cost. Door works great; very happy with the overall experience!

Mike, your technician arrived earl and I told him what happened that my door would not open. He looked at it and told me the spring had broken. He gave me a quote to fix it. I asked him when he could fix it and he said he could do it right away and I said let's do it. Mike was very professional and up front with answering any questions I had. Having never owned a garage door of this type before I was shocked to hear what sounded like a explosion in the garage when one of our springs let go on a Saturday morning in Lakewood Ranch. After seeing their commercials on TV for a while, and realizing that the door was totally inoperable rendering our vehicles useless, I decided to call Precision. Their response was prompt and their technician Matt Jones was here within 3 hours. He was cordial, skillful, neat and quick and we were back up and running within an hour.
