Offered other services if required but this time we declined. Overall it was a pleasant experience. A technician named Fisher came a few minutes earlier than expected, which was great. He quickly analyzed the problem and described the cause of my issue (snapped cable). Once repaired, he did a complete tune up which included tightening the spring, repairing a bent track, tightened the belt, and lubricated all moving parts thoroughly. So I received a lot more service than expected, all for a very reasonable price. The added bonus is that my garage door opens and closes so much quieter. I couldn't be more pleased with Precision Garage Doors!

Our garage springs broke on Friday night and they were out by Saturday early afternoon with no weekend emergency charge. Justin was exceptional and explained everything he was doing letting us know the costs up front. The repair was quick and the garage door works like new. We also got a veterans discount. That was one of the reasons we picked them along with the 5 star reviews and no weekend extra charge. Very impressed with them.

Our garage door stopped working properly yesterday, so we called Precision Garage Door this morning. They answered promptly...which was great...and came out to do the repair shortly thereafter. John and his assistant were very knowledgeable...and had the problem diagnosed immediately. They gave me a quote...and had the garage door working again in no time! Needless to say, I was very pleased. Both gentlemen were courteous and respectful...as well as very proficient. I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision again when the need arises. They are great!
