Very professional company. Tech, Mike, arrived on scheduled, located the issue (garage door would not close). Gave Tune-up & Lube, replaced springs. I also upgraded my garage door with Ultra quiet belt smart opener w/Camera and lighting! My garage door is operating like a brand door at a very reasonable cost! I am very pleased with Precision and highly recommend their services!

When I called for a service call I told the lady exactly what I needed replaced. The service guy shows up almost 2 hours past the stated time and then told me he didn't have what was needed on his truck to do the repair and I had to make another service call. He was very nice and said he would let them know at the office. After not hearing from them I called a few days later and they didn't know anything so I made another service call. New guys was supposed to arrive between 1 and 3. After 3 passed by I called the office three times and they kept saying he was on his way. The tech finally showed at 5pm. My first time using your company and will certainly be the last!!!!!

Mike, your technician arrived earl and I told him what happened that my door would not open. He looked at it and told me the spring had broken. He gave me a quote to fix it. I asked him when he could fix it and he said he could do it right away and I said let's do it. Mike was very professional and up front with answering any questions I had. My door now works better than when it was new. Great Job by Mike !!!

Having never owned a garage door of this type before I was shocked to hear what sounded like a explosion in the garage when one of our springs let go on a Saturday morning in Lakewood Ranch. After seeing their commercials on TV for a while, and realizing that the door was totally inoperable rendering our vehicles useless, I decided to call Precision. Their response was prompt and their technician Matt Jones was here within 3 hours. He was cordial, skillful, neat and quick and we were back up and running within an hour. The service technician Luke was outstanding!!! He listened to our concerns and did not hesitate to put us at ease and get the job done. He made sure that every aspect of the job was done thoroughly and to perfection. He cleaned up after himself and made sure he ran through everything with us to make sure it was to our satisfaction!! The call center could use some help in providing accurate pricing and relaying customer concerns but the service tech was awesome!!!

This is the second time I've used Precision Garage door. Brian Fixter was my Tech both times. He shows up on time, gives me several options to choose from. Once I decide, he gets the job done as quickly as possible. Once complete he goes over what was done, double checks to see that the door is working properly. I wouldn't use any other company to service my garage door.

We chose Precision for several reasons, they are local, they are prompt in their response, and of course the commercials. We called on Friday and they scheduled for the next day giving us a four hour window. Lucky for us we were apparently the first job of the day. Our technician, Luke called before coming and even gave us an estimated time of arrival. We had originally called to have the rubber strip on the bottom of the door replaced but when Luke inspected the door he suggested that a simple adjustment on the door would be a better option. He made the adjustments needed, sprayed lubricant on the springs, track and door sections and now the door works like a dream. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who asked. Thank you for your prompt, efficient and excellent service.
