Initially I was going to use the company that installed the garage door and system when our home was constructed. I'm glad I chose Precision instead. We discovered our door springs (which were only two years old when they broke and got replaced) were not even the right ones for our door. Our service was efficient. I even learned how to use the app to control the garage door. I highly recommend Precision.

2-2-2025 Garage door would stop closing at different intervals. Was not expecting a technician to come out on a Sunday! John called to say he would be there in about 20 minute, arrived a few minutes early, listened to what the problem was and then tried a number of things to fix the problem. The motherboard for the electronics was going bad, this unit was from 2005 and the electronics were no longer available. Technician also showed me that the rollers were also going bad. So I went with new rollers and a belt drive Pds 801 7, which included 2 remotes, 2 eye sensors and an outside wall pad. The technician (John) was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and was finished within two hours. I would not hesitate to call Precision Garage door of Bradenton and or recommend them to any of my neighbors.

Precision was absolutely great! I was skeptical at first because of the big name, thinking they would try and oversell the bigger better product, but they did not! I booked the appointment online, and the technician SHOWED UP ON TIME and was professional and efficient. He did not try and upsell me, but laid out options for me and answered any questions I had. Then, he fixed the whole problem right then and there...in an hour or so! Great business model. Highly recommend!

You lure people in with a reasonable service call $89.95. Plus parts. Seems reasonable until you want to charge 250.00 for garage door sensors that cost 33 bucks on Amazon. Despicable. I’m working on setting up my yelp review next. You should be ashamed! Nick F.

Called around noon and spoke to a live person immediately who understood my garage door repair need and offered to schedule the service call still that afternoon. I told them the next morning would be better and they gave me a service window from 10 am to 2 pm. The tech called and showed up around 10:30 am. He was very professional and knowledgeable and had the repair completed within an hour at a reasonable and fair cost. Door works great; very happy with the overall experience!

When I called for a service call I told the lady exactly what I needed replaced. The service guy shows up almost 2 hours past the stated time and then told me he didn't have what was needed on his truck to do the repair and I had to make another service call. He was very nice and said he would let them know at the office. After not hearing from them I called a few days later and they didn't know anything so I made another service call. New guys was supposed to arrive between 1 and 3. After 3 passed by I called the office three times and they kept saying he was on his way. The tech finally showed at 5pm. My first time using your company and will certainly be the last!!!!!

Josh came, gave me two choices to fix my issue. One was cheaper and temporary; the other a little more expensive and permanent. I choose the permanent fix and he did it with professional care and checked the entire door.
