This is a top-notch company! My technician (Justin) was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable . I just purchased my home with a garage door in a poor, unsafe condition. I needed all new parts in order to ensure the door operated in a safe, efficient manner. I was grateful for Justin's honesty in not trying me to buy a new door in addition to the needed repairs. We had a broken spring and called based on reviews. So happy I did. They are fantastic! They came at the beginning of my given time and day. I had them upgrade my springs to the green ones and decided while he was there to upgrade to a wifi super quiet belt lift system. Tyler was our technician and he gave me all my options cost etc. He was the nicest most professional worker I think I have ever had. I am going to add them to my regular maitnance schedule! I seriously can't say enough good things about this company. I am so gratful!

Excellent service. Jo arrived on time ,performed a quick evaluation of our failing garage door .Returned the next day and completely over hauled our door. We now have a smooth running (no noise),high tech running door. It operates from my phone ,outside key pad, car remote, or the new sensor he placed in the garage. He took our 20 year old door and brought it into the 2021 century. We couldn't be more pleased. Outstanding company .

Called to have a "noise' checked. Precision Tech Fischer Londeree immediately identified the need for additional lithium spray on all roller hinges. Immediate noticeable difference. Fischer then performed a complete check and main spring adjustment. Door now works great.

Precision was recommended by my realtor.We needed help with our garage door opener.I called on Monday Chris came out on Tuesday and we had a new opener installed on Thursday.He was great and the door opens and closes with out a lot of noise.Good to see someone young that takes pride in their work.

Travis is my guy,, before he entered my garage he saw that I had things blocking my lights, he then moved the stuff, and then explained what had happened..no charge..i sent him a tip. you need to give him a raise.. I still smile about how good he treated me. so good.. 25 stars
