He evaluated the issue with my garage door opener and presented me with several options. My opener replacement was performed promptly and thoroughly. I was more than pleased with the entire process from beginning to end of my problem. On a Saturday our garage door starting making a strange sound while closing. While inspecting trying figure out what was going on we noticed the plate that holds the springs in place over the center of the door had broken lose from its mount. We called Precision Door for service. They sent one of their technicians (Travis) out on the following Monday. Travis was awesome. He's honest. Explains what's going on. Travis explained what I could have done to just get the working again. Then he recommended a overhaul of the door and why, explained why he felt it should be done to get the best service life out of the door. The amount quoted was more than we were looking to spend. However with the door being a older door which hadn't had much service in years we opted for the overhaul. Travis showed up the next day and got to work. He worked hard on the door for a couple hours replacing the opener, all the moving components that make a door operate. I found Travis to be knowledgeable, honest and hardworking young man. His work was neat and clean. He cleaned up well behind himself. He took the time to show me how to operate the new opener and all the different functions the new opener had that the old one didn't. After all was done. We feel that the money we ended up spending was well spent and have no regrets even though it was more than we had intended. I will be calling Precision Door for all our future garage door service.

We have used your company on a previous occasion and were happy with the service. We were ready for our maintenance inspection and today Joe Askew came to our home. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything about the door..why is was making the noises and what the remedies might be. He checked the door and made some adjustments along with giving us information on the possible purchase of a new motor. He is a great asset to your business and we will certainly use your company again. We are waiting for some information regarding the possible purchase of a new motor.

I selected Precision from the internet. I have to say, this was a refreshing experience. I was having trouble with the keypad entry and the clicker. Neither were working. I knew the garage door was working because I could raise/lower it with the indoor button. Long story short, when my children replaced the battery in the keypad, they erased the memory. It was fixed in less than two minutes, no charge. Will I recommend Precision? You better believe it.

Company scheduled an appointment same day as call in about the problem, service representative was at my house an hour and 15 minutes before the 4 hour window of time scheduled, and diagnosed problem in about 5 minutes. Also showed me how to prevent the problem going forward which was the most valuable part of the service.

I used Precision before and was happy with the service and tech on our older garage door. It needed a board, cheaper than replacing entire unit. Has been working fine since. So I called them wen I had a ballast spring go. Again, showed up early, fixed quickly, explained everything. Not cheap but nothing is these days. Both techs were very good, nice young men.

After much research, I bought our garage door from Precision 8 years ago. The very high wind rating and very realistic laser printed wood pattern were the best available on the market. They recommended an appropriate motor and accessories that all work well together. The system works perfectly, has gone through two hurricanes and several tropical storms without a scratch and has never REQUIRED service or repair. I've had two preventative maintenance services done which consisted of lubricating all rollers and adjusting the tension on the counterbalance springs. The service technicians were prompt, professional, courteous and friendly. Couldn't ask for more!

Seth was very professional and had answers to every question I had. The pricing seemed fair and his presentation was well done and complete. The only thing I wish I could have had is a selection of windows that are slightly smaller in height than the 13" height (would have preferred something in the 8" height). I believe that the sizing is from the manufacturer and not from Precision. Seth also shared with us pictures of recently completed doors (with windows) and that helped us visualize what our end result would look like. We are looking forward to having the new garage door installed.

E very once in a while a person makes the right choice. Today was my day ! I was lucky enough to get PRECISION DOOR SERVICE on the phone within 24 hours of my garage door going on the fritz. Very pleased with Precision Door Services. Kaleigh scheduled the appointment and set the expectations. She was very informative. Alex called in advance and arrived timely. He explained what needed to be done and went right to work. He replaced both springs, one was broken. Applied a garage door lubricant on hinges, rollers, cables, and all moving parts. The door is quiet and opens/closes with ease. I am a Florida Licensed Realtor. Mark was my service tech and he was fabulous. He did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything and answered all my questions without pushing unnecessary "upsells". In fact, it was in part because of this I did "add on" new top of the line heavy duty springs in addition to the door repair and replacement of cables and rollers that I did require. The company was very punctual and I was able to have my door issue taken care of and my car "set free" the very next morning. Overall, I am very impressed with this company and Mark the service technician that did my job.
