Fischer called before arriving, as requested, and was friendly and competent. He did a yearly maintenance inspection of our door, springs, etc. It took less that an hour and all was A-ok. It was a good experience.

We had an issue with one of our garage doors and the tech who came quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and then checked both doors for any other issues. He replaced some screws where needed but did not try to oversell. He was professional and personable, was on time and was in and out efficiently and quickly. Great customer service!!! I chose Precision because of recommendations from friends. They were quick to respond and the work was done in one day. Needed a new motor and springs, they had everything on the truck, no.need to order and in our present crisis this was awesome! My tech was Alex, he was very professional and did a great job! I saw your ad on TV and decided to give you a try. Our door was extremely noisy and I had a sense it was going to fail in the near future. Your tech Alex R. came out, diagnosed the issues and gave me several options to fix the problems. Rollers were replaced, motor replaced and spring adjusted and all lubricated. Excellent tune-up service! Justin was very knowledgeable and professional. He called 20 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. He took time to explain the work he completed and why he completed it. He also educated me on some potential issues in the future, given the age of our door opener. He stopped the squeaks, tightened the chain and adjusted the downward speed of the door. Works and sounds great! I will definitely use them again.

The door does not open until I’m in the drive way . My old 21-year-old Genie opened 2 or 3 houses away. The light bulb was dead And it looks like an erector set, The Genie was more appealing to look at. And I did not get the $50.00 dollar discount

It is wonderful to find a company that provides excellent service at a very reasonable price. They did not charge us for this service call because the repair was minimal. I had a problem with my garage door closing and I knew it was the sensors but could not fix the problem myself. They were able to book a service call according to my schedule. The technician called ahead, arrived and very quickly determined that the sensors were wired incorrectly. He fixed it within minutes. He also told me how to have the door operate more quietly now and on an ongoing basis. I could not have asked for a more efficient and friendly service to my door. Highly recommended!
