Mark and Mike came out to inspect my garage door opener and after several diagnostic tests, determined there was interference somewhere in my home. Told me how to detect it and in the end did not charge me for anything. I will use this company again and recommend them highly.

As prices for everything rise our other option was to raise our prices which we chose not to do since we can still offer that small percentage of savings to our customers if they use any of the forms of payment we accept in house. Called Monday and spoke to a a very courteous female. She took all needed information and made my appt. for Thurs. Thursday Alex Reich called to advise he was on his way and would be arriving in about a half hour. He arrived, assessed the problem. He advised what was wrong and the options Alex was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly. I highly recommend Precision and would use again if needed. Alex is surely an asset to this company.

I was given some options to either repair the opener or they could install a new one that day. I was very pleased with Chris the technician. Brian the tech quickly diagnosed my issue, which was the motherboard in the opener wasn't functioning anymore. He gave me his professional opinion on what repair was needed. We decided to change our the motor due to its age. He installed the new motor and had us back up and running in no time. Highly recommend Precision

I have a rental house that needed repair on their garage door. I chose Precision to repair the garage door because my husband reminded me of a repair of another rental house which needed of the garage door. He told me of their quick service and what a good job they did in the repair. They explained what they were going to do and did exactly that. So, when I received a call from the tenant, I decided to call Precision Door. I was provided an appointment very This morning, I received a call from Precision, letting me know that they could come within 30 minutes. I was so happy to have this taken care of so quickly. I drove to the location, and was met by the repair man. He went straight to work. He had in his tool box, all that was necessary for the repair, and was home within about 1 hour. I kept his business card. This is a great place to go to when you need help/repair, etc. for your garage. AND - THEY HAVE A TRIPLE A RATING.

We had Precision Door do repairs at our house in Venice. Naturally, when the garage doors in our new home in Osprey needed repair, we called Precision again.
