The fat dummy that came to look at my problem was unbelievable. He backed into my driveway and ran over one of my flower beds. Broke thre bricks lining the bed, got out of the van and did not even apologize for doing so. The other dummy with him must have been retarded and did not speak. If these two individuals are examples of your company I want nothing to do with you. I can find people like that on the street.

One of the springs on our garage door broker yesterday (sunday). When I called later in the day I was surprised when I found out that a tech could be on site between 8 and 12 the next day (monday). I expressed concern that my 22 year old opener would probably need replacing as well. Monday morning Lee came, on time, and did the whole job (new springs, cables, rollers, and the opener) in under 2 hours. He was personable, professional, and did a perfect job !!!

Your guys that came out and installed a new trolley for my Genie opener did a quick and through job and were very courteous. I must admit that charging $150.00 for a part that sells for $25.00 on Amazon is a bit steep but at my age I can't do it myself anymore.

This was my 1st time using Precision Garage Door of Southwest Fl., and I am happy to have utilized their services. My garage door wouldn't open or close properly. I check the electric eyes/contacts to make sure that nothing was blocking them, which was how the door was acting. Then I and my wife researched companies to contact to repair the problem, and we both independently came up with this company. From start to finish, they showed themselves to be an outstanding company to do business with. The receptionist was polite & professional, scheduled me for the earliest possible appointment, advised me of the name of the responding technician, also advised that the tech., would call prior to arrival, & then sent me a confirmation email as to same (very professional, yet friendly as well). My Tech., Derrick called prior to his arrival on the scheduled appointment date, was professional, polite & courteous. He asked me what the problem(s) were & then began to troubleshoot the system. In a short amount of time, he diagnosed the problem (a short on the motor wiring), repaired same, & then checked the system for any other problems (there weren't any), but also cleaned up all other connections to prevent any further problems. I am so satisfied with the services that I received, that I will now be using them to perform my Annual Inspection Services, as well as recommending them to all my friends & family.

I set the appointment up when my father stated that he was having problems with the garage door. Precision came out when they said they would. They sent a confirmed appointment via email. They gave us a 2 hour window instead of the anytime that day wait. The technician called just before coming out, was courteous and informed. Fortunately for us no repair work was needed at this time and we were not charged. We thought we would be charged something for the technician’s time coming out. Because of the age of the garage door system, the technician wrote up two estimates to look at as the system can go at anytime but no hard sales. We do plan to have the system replaced at some point and would definitely use Precision to do that work as well as if we needed that type of service at our residence which is separate from my father.

My garage door was struggling to open but my Precision technician quickly pointed out that the spring had broken and the door was be opened by the relatively new garage door opener. He offered 3 solutions to the problem. All was resolved and fixed quickly and professionally! PLUS he offered to remove my old garage door open which had been cluttering up my garage for 2 years! That act of kindness was unexpected and very welcome!

I called for door repairs needed. Needed new springs, remounting bracket, all new rollers snd new bottom of door seal. Also installed a new key pad. Amanda was able to accommodate my schedule for the service call. Alex explained everything quite quickly and precisely. The work was done right then and very quickly in my opinion. Both techs were knowledgeable and extremely friendly and courteous. I recommend this company and these two techs to anyone needing garage door repairs. I was thoroughly satisfied.
