I called Mr Fix It Garage Doors. They said they would be out the next morning. Then postpone until the afternoon, then postponed until the next day. I then email three garage door companies. Precision Doors called me right back and schedule an appointment for the next morning with Mike. Mike called 30 minutes before arrival. We decided my opener wasn't worth fixing. I wanted one with remote access. He had the right one on his truck and installed it promptly. Very professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them. I'm now getting a quote from them to replace the garage door.

Amazing. They came, conquered, and left. Easy. Nothing complicated about it. No "we'll get back to you." Simple transaction and great answers to our questions. I always say, "Why does everything have to be so hard?" but not in this case. Highly recommend. These guys/gals know what they're doing. Hope they don't have a help shortage - that would be a shame. Learn a trade is my motto!

Jason showed up on time and replaced two motors and everything that goes with it. Everything is lubed and I don’t think I’ll ever have a door problem. If I do I know who I’m calling. This is the quietest garage door I have ever had. Jason explained how to use and lube. A big thanks to Jason.

I called on Sunday because our garage door opener was malfunctioning. We were given an appointment for the next day. Mark, the technician, called when he was about 40 min out. He assessed our problem and determined that we'd best be served with a new unit and he provided a couple of possibiliities to fit our needs. He was very personable, efficient, and knowledgable. I had new Raynor garage door openers installed in 12/20. They had been operating perfectly but one of them started to become noisy so I requested a service call. The technician arrived the same day and quickly identified that the belt had been originally installed with slightly too much tension. The issue was resolved on the spot and the service was performed very professionally.
