I had new Raynor garage door openers installed in 12/20. They had been operating perfectly but one of them started to become noisy so I requested a service call. The technician arrived the same day and quickly identified that the belt had been originally installed with slightly too much tension. The issue was resolved on the spot and the service was performed very professionally.

I was scheduled for a late day yearly Preventive Maintenance on my newer garage door, Tyler Barnett Called around noon and stated he was around the corner and was available. As nobody was home I felt comfortable giving him access so he could start. I'm not sure I would have done this with any other company but my memorable experience with a compete install a year earlier and the quality of associates I encountered at that time I had no reservations. Tyler was efficient and explained in detail the current condition of our system and the work he preformed. I appreciate you hiring and retaining qualified professionals.

Precision Door Service is a class act. They were quick to respond and set an appointment time. The Technician, Mark was amazing to watch. He was knowledgeable, knew what he was doing and completed the repair in less than an hour. He made it look effortless. He replaced two springs, and end bearings and put in all new wheels. Lubricated the whole door. It is so quite now you can hardly hear it go up and down. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.

My garage door was stuck because I attempted to repair it myself and jammed it. The technician (Justin or Jason?) was great. Professional, courteous, and fixed the jammed door in about 30 minutes. He also provided some lubrication tips. I only gave a 4-star rating because I was a bit disappointed in the charges. The technician said at the outset that they charge a flat fee of $225 for a hung door. But I didn't realize that there would also be a $79.95 service call charge and an $80 labor charge on top of that. I had a coupon to remove the $79.95 service call charge but it seems like adding a $79.95 service call charge and $80 of labor on top of the hung door charge is "double dipping". There were no parts needed to un stick the door--only 30 minutes of labor.

jason did me right. $80 labor was much too high as all Jason did was remove 1 screw and hang new keyless entry pad. It took all of about 30 seconds. So$79 service call plus cost of part $135 ( which I can purchase for about $45 ) should have included the 30 second actual labor.
