jason did me right. $80 labor was much too high as all Jason did was remove 1 screw and hang new keyless entry pad. It took all of about 30 seconds. So$79 service call plus cost of part $135 ( which I can purchase for about $45 ) should have included the 30 second actual labor.

We charged you a service call one time, the second visit was no charge as you stated to the technician that you fixed the problem when he arrived and the third visit you were charged only for the broken keypad we replaced with no service call or any additional labor. We do appreciate your review and were happy that our expertly trained staff was able to immediately locate and fix your issue.

Precision was recommended by a neighbor. Was totally satisfied with the mechanic and his excellent work. Mark was instructive and mentioned all that was needed to bring old garage door and hardware up to date. Much quieter now with new wheels, springs and so forth. Didn't quite have the proper main springs, but the substitute was satisfactory. Time will tell. Work was accomplished in a reasonable time and caused no inconvenience once underway.
