i read other people reviews, mostly all good, that helps me to decide who i want to come and do my needed repairs. also you offered a 100.00 coupon on service repair, that helps with cost. matt came to do the repairs, he was friendly and completed the repairs in a short time. excellent work on my door, works great! great company to do business with!

My garage door got damaged from a car last night. I contacted Precision Garage doors last night for scheduling a service call. It was easy to do so. This morning, Brian, one of their technicians, showed up on time. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Within a few minutes, he was able to restore functionality to the garage door; some replacement struts have been ordered which will be installed by early next week. It has been a great experience at a reasonable price. Thanks, Precision Doors!

My keypad stopped working. They scheduled an appointment immediately that fit my schedule. Fischer called me when he was on his way. He diagnosed the issue, replaced my key pad and synched up a hand held remote. This was excellent service and completed on a very timely basis.

was quoted a price range over the phone to replace two springs for a max of 380, but when chris came he said for standard springs it would be over 700. after this review i'm going on to BBB and file a complaint against your company for the 79 i had to pay to get a estimate. banko is coming out to replace both springs plus other stuff for 335.00. you to me very dishonest.

I had a problem with the battery in my garage door opener. The beep (loud) started last Thursday and would not stop...Called Precision and they stated that they could sent the fixit man out on Sunday during the morning hours...When asked how to turn off the sound, he stated that he could not answer that question. Fixit man came out on Sunday and opened the door to the battery and removed same. Stated that a new one cost $200.00. When asked if I needed it stated NO..It would work without it. Took out and then stated that i owed them. $80.00. I could have done the same thing if I was told about the battery.......Very Disappointed with Precision...Been with you for vey long time....Time to look for new outfit........

Upon encountering a mysterious failure way early morning hours I found the sticker listing your 866 "24-hour Service Number", called it at 4 AM and a great guy named Tim answered and after just a bit said a service rep would be at our place the afternoon of that same day. Your man did arrive shortly after noon and adjusted a few items re the belt drive - and then said it would be no charge! What a great garage door company!!! And it appears a subsequent $0.00 invoice has now been mailed, just to verify the serviceman's statement. Kudos to Precision Garage Door Co.!
