Alex is very professional, very well versed on what needed to be done, plus various options to choose from. He was quick, precise, and showed me what he had to do. Really nice, he showed me how to check things, how to lubricate the rollers, hinges, (and even advised me that if I wear glassed, (I do) how to approach and spray.) Now that is SERVICE!! He even started to rearrange the "stuff" in the garage that I moved so he would have room to work. I would ask that you double my choice to 10 stars!! Will I recommend your service? Yes, most definitely!!!

Being a "snow bird" I talked with your technician who called to explain the problem and was very courteous and knowledgable. I authorized him to proceed with the installation of a surge protector that will eliminate future issues of the kind our neighbor experienced utilizing our garage while we were out of state. Alex did not come on time he actually called and came early. He did a review of our garage door opener and asked what I thought I wanted to do. Told him I wanted a new opener and he gave me the costs for various options, I selected a belt driven one and it was then installed by Alex in a couple of hours. The door now opens and closes so quietly you don't know it is operating. Alex reviewed the entire system with me and all was good. I would recommend Alex to do any work on our garage door.

What TERRIFIC service,I called on Sunday evening after our garage door barely closed and was told that a tech would be here between 8:00 and 10AM the following day and sure enough he was here at 8:15 the following day. All of our questions were answered thoroughly and we were given 3 options for the repair.....Would not hesitate to recommend
