Your service technician arrived, he performed a 25 point inspection and found the reason for my concern was that the door springs were sized incorrectly by the manufacturer. They were over tightened and still did not balance the door. His recommendation was to install new springs and advised us of the price and what the warranty would be with new springs. He also explained that there is a upgraded spring with a "10 year" warranty that would add one additional spring and bearing. The cost difference was made minimal and the warranty was 10 years vs 90 days. We decided the 10 year upgraded springs were the best deal. Excellent service, price, quality of work performed and employees. Thank you, Tom & Terri Mann

I was getting a tire fixed on my car and mentioned that now I needed someone to fix the spring that broke on our garage door. Another customer eagerly said, let me text you the info. She loved you! I called immediately- was given a prompt time considering there had just been a hurricane. The technician showed up on time and gave us a very thorough and HONEST assessment and was very competent. Repairman called before arriving. Found the problem, had the part to fix the problem and made the repair. Repairman was courteous, performed an inspection of the entire door and made some suggestions. No high pressure sales for additional work. Very satisfied.

Service was good and professional. Leigh is personable and competent and did a thorough job. You should be glad to have employees like him. A little mix-up on the appointment time. I got an e-mail that the appointment was for 8 AM. When I called at 8:30, I was told that the window was between 8 and noon. A small thing, but it kept you from getting a 5 star rating.
