What TERRIFIC service,I called on Sunday evening after our garage door barely closed and was told that a tech would be here between 8:00 and 10AM the following day and sure enough he was here at 8:15 the following day. All of our questions were answered thoroughly and we were given 3 options for the repair.....Would not hesitate to recommend

I called at 10:15pm on a weekday and they sent a service person out the next morning by 11am. He was friendly, professional and was knowledgeable. The technician ,Joseph #24, was very professional and patient,as he had to explain what was wrong with the opener a few times. (This girl is not very technical).Had to replace a gear in the motor, chain and springs. He was waiting for me to arrive home from work and had it repaired in no time. Thank you Joseph.

Today, Friday, August 4, 2017, Justin came to examine the weather stripping on our garage door because there was a gap at one end of the door where you could see light coming through when the door was closed. Justin explained that, over time, the stripping can shrink. It did/had. He pulled the stripping, putting it back in place with no problem. After the simple solution, he thoroughly examined the door's operation and made a small adjustment to one of the springs. Great job. Jason was personal and professional. And, knows his garage doors!! 5 out of 5. Great service!!

Our technician was on time, very knowledgable and made short order of our problem. He replaced the motor on warranty without hesitation. He also took the time to program each of our cars. This is why we only call precision.

Alex did not come on time he actually called and came early. He did a review of our garage door opener and asked what I thought I wanted to do. Told him I wanted a new opener and he gave me the costs for various options, I selected a belt driven one and it was then installed by Alex in a couple of hours. The door now opens and closes so quietly you don't know it is operating. Alex reviewed the entire system with me and all was good. I would recommend Alex to do any work on our garage door.
