Mark was excellent. Minor problem with door but of course it was not doing it when he was here. He cleaned safety beam and checked everything out. We discussed options should the problem reoccur. Service fee was minimal. Second time I've had Precision here, last in 2014. Opener is 14 years old but doing ok overall. I am very happy with Precision Door.

I am very happy to have my garage door fixed, after a weekend of not being able to raise or lower it, except manually. Justin was very informative, professional, and knew exactly what the problem was. TECH DID NOT HAVE PROPER RUBBER BOTTOM SEAL. TOLD ME IT WAS A CLOPAY DOOR LATER REALIZED IT WAS A WINDSOR. Did not have proper vinyl side pieces. As a result it was a complete waste of every ones time. All the work that needed to be done was carefully explained by me on the phone before tech came and he knew nothing when he came out. Replied to last email no response either.
