I called about the ad on tv for wave of service call to see what was wrong with our remote on the outside of the garage. Found out it was the remote and we needed a new one. Because of our limited income from social security we couldn't afford it right now. Mark said we had to pay the service call because we didn't get anything done. we had to spend over $100.00 to have it waved. That wasn't what the ad said. Very disappointed with your company. We wouldn't recommend your company to anyone because of the misrepresentation of the tv ad

Great reviews on Angie’s list. Did not disappoint. From Johanna in the office who did the scheduling to Seth the estimator, to Jeremy the installer, everyone was good at communicating, efficient, timely and respectful. I spoke so highly to my neighbor she said she would give Precision a call, too.

I am so impressed. Called for service and 10 minutes later the technician called and was on his way. Mark arrived 20 minutes after my initial call to Precision, assessed the problem, advised needed repairs and got to work. All the while he was courteous, informative and upfront about costs and reasons for suggested upgrades. Upgraded springs, rollers and opener reinforcement bracket. I definitely recommend Precision! Even asked for extra business cards to give to friends. :-)

Ryan was our service technician and he was even earlier than the original time frame given, I was home so him being early was fantastic. When he arrived my husband and I decided to get a whole new system and Ryan only took about an hour to uninstall and reinstall the new belt drive opener. I had Alex Reich, technician. He was absolutely 5 stars. I had an annual inspection done in 1/2017 on my rental so I only needed some remotes programmed but he answered all my questions about a possible new opener in the near future for my own residence. He showed me how to properly lubricate the door and spring and he was not a hard sell for replacing my existing opener at the rental. Would definitely recommend Precision for garage door needs.
