I had Alex Reich, technician. He was absolutely 5 stars. I had an annual inspection done in 1/2017 on my rental so I only needed some remotes programmed but he answered all my questions about a possible new opener in the near future for my own residence. He showed me how to properly lubricate the door and spring and he was not a hard sell for replacing my existing opener at the rental. Would definitely recommend Precision for garage door needs.

Repairman called before arriving. Found the problem, had the part to fix the problem and made the repair. Repairman was courteous, performed an inspection of the entire door and made some suggestions. No high pressure sales for additional work. Very satisfied.

Alex is very professional, very well versed on what needed to be done, plus various options to choose from. He was quick, precise, and showed me what he had to do. Really nice, he showed me how to check things, how to lubricate the rollers, hinges, (and even advised me that if I wear glassed, (I do) how to approach and spray.) Now that is SERVICE!! He even started to rearrange the "stuff" in the garage that I moved so he would have room to work. I would ask that you double my choice to 10 stars!! Will I recommend your service? Yes, most definitely!!!

Alex did not come on time he actually called and came early. He did a review of our garage door opener and asked what I thought I wanted to do. Told him I wanted a new opener and he gave me the costs for various options, I selected a belt driven one and it was then installed by Alex in a couple of hours. The door now opens and closes so quietly you don't know it is operating. Alex reviewed the entire system with me and all was good. I would recommend Alex to do any work on our garage door.

Professional service, explained exactly what was broken, what was needed to repair the garage door and showed me what else should be repaired to make the garage door function properly. We had the broken spring replaced and also the rollers at the technicians suggestion. Door opens and closes smoother and quieter.

Saw your add in the Home Mag and that you had a 24/7 phone line called your number on Easter evening and you showed up the next morning at 8:30 am. Could not ask for faster service than that, and the job was done in an hour and a half, you get 5 stars from for installing my broken springs...
