Joe, the service tech, called to say he could come earlier than scheduled appointment which began our experience on a PLUS! He was very cooperative with our wishes for the garage door and remotes, and was very knowledgeable, explaining things as he worked. We are very pleased with Joe and Precision Door.

Professional service, explained exactly what was broken, what was needed to repair the garage door and showed me what else should be repaired to make the garage door function properly. We had the broken spring replaced and also the rollers at the technicians suggestion. Door opens and closes smoother and quieter.

Saw your add in the Home Mag and that you had a 24/7 phone line called your number on Easter evening and you showed up the next morning at 8:30 am. Could not ask for faster service than that, and the job was done in an hour and a half, you get 5 stars from for installing my broken springs...

we really like Precision Doors!. Their technician communicated with us when he expected to arrive for our appointment and called when he was 10 minutes away. He was very pleasant and quite knowledgeable about garage doors and quickly assessed the issue and repaired it quickly.

The technician did a good job. He was quick and efficient. He had good suggestions for more work to be done on the door. He cleaned up well after the work was done and he was proficient with the technology for the invoice. Now on the company. Sucks that I can't have my invoice until the review is done.

Josh was excellent, very knowledgeable and professional, replaced the dolly on the track as requested but also checked and replaced the springs and thoroughly checked out the operation of the door adjusting the stops checking all bolts for looseness, lubed every location until the door sounds like new. Very appreciative of his fine work and work ethic. I'd rate the work a 5!! Thanks!
