We contacted Precision after another company had not corrected our problem. Precision was a shot in the dark for us as we had neither previous experience nor a recommendation to go on. Website was good, young lady answering phone inquiry was very professional. Brian was professional, gave understandable explanation for the problem at hand, recommended 2 new springs as mine were 13 yrs old , but understood when I could not afford those at this time . He just repaired what was broken which was a belt and a J-arm and emailed me a estimate on 2 new springs for the future . He was thorough and did an inspection on the system , repaired the problems quickly and honored my Angie's List coupon for 10% disc. I will definitely call Precision Doors for any future garage door needs
