Cane down for a quick stay and found the door not operating. Seth came out the next morning and fixed the door in 10 minutes. Very knowledgeable, and professional. Tech, came out, I explained the problem, He said lets try a new remote. Pulled a new remote out of the box, hit the learn button on the opener, would not program, said you need a new door opener. I said how much, and he said $569.00 installed. I said let me think about it, he said okay and left. Sent me an invoice for $69.95. Was at my house for maybe 15 minutes. I checked with D&D garage door and they could install a new door opener for $325.00. Also said they could send a tech to fix my current door opener. I said, interesting. I checked with home depot and found a brand new Genie garage door opener just like the one I had for $205.00. I opted for the opener from Home Depot. I'm pretty sick of company's trying to rip people off. My advice is to shop around. Thanks, Paul

Have had to.use Precision twice since we moved here five years ago..Both times they were here on the day that I called for service, repaired the problem correctly, both service techs were professional and explained the repair and the cost before they started the repair. I called about the ad on tv for wave of service call to see what was wrong with our remote on the outside of the garage. Found out it was the remote and we needed a new one. Because of our limited income from social security we couldn't afford it right now. Mark said we had to pay the service call because we didn't get anything done. we had to spend over $100.00 to have it waved. That wasn't what the ad said. Very disappointed with your company. We wouldn't recommend your company to anyone because of the misrepresentation of the tv ad

I am so impressed. Called for service and 10 minutes later the technician called and was on his way. Mark arrived 20 minutes after my initial call to Precision, assessed the problem, advised needed repairs and got to work. All the while he was courteous, informative and upfront about costs and reasons for suggested upgrades. Upgraded springs, rollers and opener reinforcement bracket. I definitely recommend Precision! Even asked for extra business cards to give to friends. :-)

Ryan was our service technician and he was even earlier than the original time frame given, I was home so him being early was fantastic. When he arrived my husband and I decided to get a whole new system and Ryan only took about an hour to uninstall and reinstall the new belt drive opener.
