I called the company late in the afternoon and got them to schedule me in the following day. Ian came out about mid-day and figured out the problem with my system within a minute. Broken Spring. As home is 22 years old, I guess that happens. It took about an hour to replace, re-lubricate, and adjust pull-up tension correctly. He went right to work, offered me two options for replacement springs, and proceeded to get the job done. Nice they keep many of the parts they may need in their trucks. Thought I would need to be re-scheduled. Not so. Job well done, timely, and thorough. I'm sure the pricing was competitive and Ian assured me there would always be someone cheaper but the job was done correctly, with warrantee, and quickly. Very satisfied. Very nice to have this done so quickly from the time our spring broke!

Our new Garage door is Wonderful! Our experience from start to finish very professional, GREAT communication and follow up on all our needs. Sale associate Jessica was a pleasure to do business with, no pressure, Knows the product and was very helpful. They called days ahead to re confirm installation. Matt our technician was awesome he called 30 minutes before arrival, when he arrived was ready to install our door. He was professional and installation went smoothly from start to finish. After he was done you wouldn't have known he had been here other than the NEW door, took pride in his work ALL NEAT and CLEAN! He explained everything, paperwork and usage of door and about calling for an inspection. VERY impressed and HAPPY with our new steel backed garage door! And our NEW door opener! belt driven and SO quiet!

Seth checked everything & found loose wires to the motor which he reconnected, replaced batteries in remotes & got it all working again. He did an awesome job & answered any questions I had. I will definitely call on you guys if I need anything else done.

I was in need of a service call after hours. My door opener failed and caused the door to jam. The company I normally would go to for service refused to assist. That is when I called Precision. Mark, who was ready to retire for the night, drove an hour out of his way to respond. He replaced my opener, tuned the hardware, programmed the remotes and was friendly as can be. He intelligently answered all my questions and never once thought I was a pain-in-the-ass. I don't comment on products as they all seem to be a hit-or-miss. But the customer service is outstanding! Even the nice lady that answered the phone after hours was very pleasant and helpful. Precision is my new go-to garage door place.

I used Google maps to find and chose your business. My garage door has lately on cold days only opened about 18 inches and stopped. As it was warm today, it worked perfectly. Your tech arrived the next day and discussed what the problem was caused by. He showed me that when he turned down the power cutoff of the motor, it acted as if it was cold. He also opened the door manually to test how balanced the springs were against the weight of the door. I told him I have been worried lately that if the electricity was off, I wasn't sure I could open the door by myself (I'm88). After telling me what my options were and the price of each option, I choose to just replace the springs. He had a pair of springs in his truck and took about 20 minutes to replace the old springs. I tried opening the door manually, and found it was very easy. I thanked him, paid him, and off he went. Great job, and he knew all the options & prices. I highly recommend your service. Thank you!

These same folks installed our new door around 2004. I was impressed with their work and ethic at that time. We had a very slight glitch shortly after the installation, and they were immediately responsive to correct it - to my expectations. Now, (approx. 14 years later) when our overhead spring broke I did not hesitate to call them to take care of it. The service was on time and efficient, the service person was knowledgeable and extremely competent. I will certainly recommend them to anyone needing installation or service for their garage doors.

Mark was supposed to call me between 10am and 2 pm. He called at 10 sharp and was at my house at 11:30. He replaced both springs along with new rollers that he suggested. He completed the job in only 30 minutes and had the personality you would wish for when someone works on your house. I never realized it was the rollers that was making all that noise. Yes, I would definitely recommend Precision and Mark. Thanks guys.

Ian was very nice and professional. It was soooo hot today, but that didn’t hinder him at all. Very nice gentleman. He showed me how to use everything, and even programmed my car to work with the garage. I didn’t even ask or suggest it. He offered. Very nice man.
