Prompt courteous service. Have been listening to door crack, snapple, pop and screech for the last year. Was ready to throw door and all hardware out. Justin convinced us that the door could be saved and all we needed was new mechanical equipment. After replacing equipment door was better than new.

I called the company late in the afternoon and got them to schedule me in the following day. Ian came out about mid-day and figured out the problem with my system within a minute. Broken Spring. As home is 22 years old, I guess that happens. It took about an hour to replace, re-lubricate, and adjust pull-up tension correctly. He went right to work, offered me two options for replacement springs, and proceeded to get the job done. Nice they keep many of the parts they may need in their trucks. Thought I would need to be re-scheduled. Not so. Job well done, timely, and thorough. I'm sure the pricing was competitive and Ian assured me there would always be someone cheaper but the job was done correctly, with warrantee, and quickly. Very satisfied. Very nice to have this done so quickly from the time our spring broke!

Our new Garage door is Wonderful! Our experience from start to finish very professional, GREAT communication and follow up on all our needs. Sale associate Jessica was a pleasure to do business with, no pressure, Knows the product and was very helpful. They called days ahead to re confirm installation. Matt our technician was awesome he called 30 minutes before arrival, when he arrived was ready to install our door. He was professional and installation went smoothly from start to finish. After he was done you wouldn't have known he had been here other than the NEW door, took pride in his work ALL NEAT and CLEAN! He explained everything, paperwork and usage of door and about calling for an inspection. VERY impressed and HAPPY with our new steel backed garage door! And our NEW door opener! belt driven and SO quiet!

I called Precision for the 1st time; and, overall, I was pleased with their service from start to finish, beginning with the lady who took my call. She was efficient, direct, and provided excellent customer service for a first-time caller. Alex was the technician who came for the call. He was a clean-cut, polite, nice young man who knew what he was supposed to do. My call was for maintenance, not a particular problem, but he explained everything as he went along with the tune-up service. Dealing with Precision was a refreshing experience for such service.
