Alex came today to do some garage door repairs. He was punctual and very interested in making us understand what he felt needed to be done. No pressure, courteous and completed the repairs well and at a reasonable price. He practiced all safe practices (Covid-19). I will not use another business after our excellent experience. We were not even asked to do a review...quite unusual. Stay safe.

I called Precision for the 1st time; and, overall, I was pleased with their service from start to finish, beginning with the lady who took my call. She was efficient, direct, and provided excellent customer service for a first-time caller. Alex was the technician who came for the call. He was a clean-cut, polite, nice young man who knew what he was supposed to do. My call was for maintenance, not a particular problem, but he explained everything as he went along with the tune-up service. Dealing with Precision was a refreshing experience for such service. I will call them again.
