My double door spring broke. I called Precision because I had used the other “Garage Door” company in our area and found them to be there for the services call $$ instead providing good service. Precision turned out to be very thorough in the work they performed. The service van was really well stocked with all the springs and parts they would need to take care of the problem on the first visit. Alex was great in explaining my options. The service to fix my broken spring was really fast and even with the maintenance he did on both my doors I was only charged the minimum service fee. If you need garage service and you want to be a happy customer after the work is done then call Precision.

They were the first on the google list so i called to get an estimate. Prompt same day estimate. Alex was honest and a great guy. Unfortunately our garage door is stuck open and we need immediate help. Precision is a month out to do installs. Not sure i can’t wait that long so off to get more estimates. Should pay overtime or have a built in fee for emergencies. But thanks Alex for your professional estimate.

Service was prompt and courteous; repair resolved in less than 30 minutes...it involved winding one cable back onto its reel and adjusting the two tension springs. The cost was $150 after I complained that their quote of $225 plus the cost of a service call ($30) was much too high. I was told that my repair was classified as a "hung door"....a dangerous problem to repair....and that was why the charge was so high....that the tech would have to "climb up on top of the door", etc, etc. That didn't turn out to be true. Maybe we should chalk it up to poor diagnostics as to the nature of my problem. In the end, the repair took care of my problem and the cost was reasonable. It just shouldn't have taken a special call back to the office to resolve.

Great Job! My new garage door works so smoothly and quietly I just want to stand there and play with it. Seriously I am amazed at how quiet the belt drive motor is. Only noise if from the metal door parts. Like the remote as well, doesn't rattle like old one did. Jeremy was very pleasant friendly, on time and repeatedly asked if I had any questions. Mark called before arrival and was on time. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. After repairing my garage door opener, he volunteered to program my remotes. I would definitely use Precision Door again.

My service tech was Seth ?. He was prompt after his phone call, and very "presentable" as a rep for your company. Very pleasant personality. Evaluated the situation and explained exactly what the problem was and how he could correct it. Told me how much it would cost and proceeded to "fix" my door. I owe him an apology. I had a tip for him in cash in my pocket and forgot to give it to him after writing him a check! My bad! He can call me if he is in the neighborhood again and I will be happy to give it to him. I have already recommended your company to my neighbors and will do the same in my business. I am with Coldwell Banker Sunstar Real Estate here in Charlotte County. Thank you and please tell Seth I have his tip. I hope he doesn't think I gave him A FIG NEWTON as a TIP! That was just my business card.....ask Seth. He can explain!

Service was better than expected, Leigh arrived on time and sold me only the product that I needed, there was no attempt to try to upgrade the sale and sell me something I didn't need. Install was performed in the time quoted and he cleaned up and took all the old parts away. I would definitely recommend Precision for sales or service

Ryan arrived on time and immediately showed me why our opener was inoperable. He noticed the track for the door was not lined up on one side and corrected that. Then he recommended the rollers and tracks needed to be serviced and lubricated so he took care of that. We are very pleased with Ryan and Precision Door Service.

TECH DID NOT HAVE PROPER RUBBER BOTTOM SEAL. TOLD ME IT WAS A CLOPAY DOOR LATER REALIZED IT WAS A WINDSOR. Did not have proper vinyl side pieces. As a result it was a complete waste of every ones time. All the work that needed to be done was carefully explained by me on the phone before tech came and he knew nothing when he came out. Replied to last email no response either.
